I recently used an Excused Missed Turn in a game (I had been away and thought I should take more time on my moves).
Unless its my imagination, I think that my CD count and CDs taken over count both went up by 1 and my RR% fell by approximately 2.3%.
Is it just me, or is this what happens to a player's stats when they use an Excused Missed Turn?
CD and RR% hit when taking excused missed turn

It still counts as NMR, you just don't get booted out of the game.

Thanks.
I had previously heard (on the forum) that the CD stats are not working correctly.
