What does it mean exactly?

Someone might have lodged that they're suspicious of you and another player. If there's nothing in it select "Deny" from the dropdown and submit it, and maybe leave a comment refuting it in case the mods look at it.

FYI I've added country based suspicion lodging for anonymous games: I think with a feature that lets mods force players to respond, badged/game-blocks for linked users, and convenience features for mods, it could really streamline how we deal with multi-accusations and RL relationships.

If it works out I could even see it being extended for other mod requests, but we'll see

Mmm that was satisfying; just went though 6 months worth of cheating accusations, relationship declarations, in just 1-2 hours. People are declaring relationships, responding quickly to request for info, very nice. That is a *lot* easier than it was.
