There’s always a big rules explain posted at the start of the game. But you can see it in one of the previous, I’ll just be copy-pasting.

Still looking for someone to fill that Co-GM slot… it’s going to be a ton of fun, and I’ve got plenty of infrastructure setup. If you do have to do EON, excel willl adjudicate 2/3 of it for you instantly.
