You can give a unit only one order per turn, no exceptions. 'Convoy an army' is an order, so if you give it to a fleet, it loses the chance to move itself that turn.

When I first learnt that the Fleet Commander was named Iago, it came through my mind that maybe the name choice hadn't been so completely random. Now, I am sure of that. 'Honest Iago', good intentions, catastrophic outcome.

I've just been informed that 46 workers have been injured during the crash... err... the landing. Unless we're expecting some unexpected events requiring medical assistance elsewhere, I would use my magic... err... learnt and certified medical knowledge, and heal them.
