Russia:
The fleet at Sevastopol move to Rumania. (fail)
The fleet at Sweden move to Norway. (fail)
The army at Moscow move to St. Petersburg. (fail)

From the looks of it, though I can't be certain without checking the written orders (which you can in your game), it seems Russia misordered Livonia. The standard map is perfect. If I had to choose anything, it would be between NAf and Spain being connected (as you suggested) and Bal-Ska being connected. Neither would invalidate the stalemate line. I've tried both moves in Face to Face but the GM ruled against me.
