Ooh, one last thought - I don't think we have the resources to do much building this phase, with or without Uthwick. So I suggest that Broadmoor uses his extra action for someone else. Possibly me, if you want me to be any use on current quests. But I'm open to whatever!

Realised I'd not voted on a load of proposals. I like the Spire spam + new pantheon idea, so let's go for that and then, as and when we have the resources, we can go for it.
