So Robert Graves is not the true author of "I, Claudius"?MajorMitchell wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 3:55 pmCorrection, it is an autobiography, written in code by Emperor Claudius and he hid it before his death, it was undiscoverd for ~1,700 years and is not "censored" or edited, changed by his successors

LAPD Officer beaten to death in 'tragic training accident' was investigating 4 cops for rape
Can someone explain to me why this is only newsworthy for fringe left-wing websites? https://jezebel.com/lapd-officer-killed-in-training-accident-was-investig-1849612351 https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2022/10/4/2126919/-LAPD-cop-killed-in-training-exercise-was-investigating-colleagues-for-sexual-a...

Khan appears in two Star Trek films: - Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) - Star Trek: Into Darkness (2013) No, he does not. There is only one Khan. He died in his only film appearance. He was played by Ricardo Montalban. Nothing in the ridiculous JJ Abrams atrocities is worth noting or remembe...

Who bombed the Nordstream Pipeline?
American/EU/Western/NATO-aligned media is claiming that Russia destroyed their own pipeline earlier this week, at the same time a similar Baltic natural gas pipeline is coming online in Poland. Does anyone really believe that Russia destroyed their own pipeline, when simply flipping the switch to OF...

I think that it's also worth noting that just because someone is incapable of feeling empathy doesn't mean that they will act in problematic ways. Many psychopaths/sociopaths abide by the system of laws that we have. These are the truly dangerous psychopaths, who cause massive damage to society on ...

...the killing would never stop, since I presume that psychopathy would continue to live on as a recessive dream. Eventually, a society that systematically exterminated all psychopaths would kill more people than psychopaths had killed when they were at large. Widespread genetic testing to identify...

Re: Are female superhero movies unpopular because…
is this because men hate female superheroes or is it because these shows and films suck The latter. Men had *NO* problem at all with Ellen Ripley (originally supposed to be a male character, but no one cares), Sarah Connor, Buffy Summers, or The Bride. These characters were the backbones of franchi...

Re: 25 percent of the world's problems could be solved
If we exterminated the ~99% of the human population that are not psychopaths. You can clearly identify them with a simple brain scan. Is there a utilitarian moral argument against exterminating non-psychopaths? There is. Humanity would go extinct. I very seriously doubt psychopaths would be able to...

Re: 75% of the world's problems could be solved...
Since a diagnosis of psychopathic illness is many times very biased, who'd be the final arbiter on the matter of who lives and who dies? It's not biased at all. Psychopaths have very visibly different brains and patterns of brain activity that are very easily verifiable. This is a pretty good summa...

Re: 1% of the world's problems could be solved using KY Jelly
it also eliminates a lot of the people who can think of solutions that are beyond the rest of us. Thus the diversity of thought and capability of humanity as a whole will be much reduced. It's a myth that psychopaths have higher intelligence than non-psychopaths. Psychopaths actually score slightly...

I have not.
However, my brain seems to be hyperdeveloped for the emotions that psychopaths are impaired in, and I seem to have many of the opposites of personality traits that psychopaths possess, so I think it's a safe bet I'm not one of them.

Re: Modern Colonialism
Colonialism is alive and well in a modern form. It no longer needs colonial governments, armies, and salutes to a king or queen 10,000 miles away, however. It takes the form of loans from the IMF, Chase, Blackrock, and other combines of monetary power; extractions of natural resources by foreign cor...

Trump is just a garden variety psychopath who was born lucky. Love him or hate him (I'm in between), everyone knows what he is.
