However, your sandbox leaves something to be desired - you will have to order many no-builds for all the other powers. In mine, no power except France and Austria owns one of their home centres.

Sandboxes are great for planning out future turns and seeing where the game might go. Sadly, the only sandbox available is the one on backstabbr, which only handles Classic games.
