Discord has updated its bot policy to only allow slash commands iirc, which means a lot of older bots have broken. This is probably the same, unfortunately.

That person was a spammer, making random comments to disguise the links they were posting elsewhere. They have now been banned.

Nexus Leagues is still going strong, and is a pretty solid place to find games. If you're not a fan of discord there's no requirement to join, but having the link displayed somewhere prominent on the forum helps build up the webdip playerbase there (which means in turn, more waves happen on webdip).
