The clear doesn't have any value on its own.

There needs to be a constant consideration from the bodyguard or whatever it's called on whether to claim, and it should be a low threshold (likely to be daykilled or a plausible cop scan), but it shouldn't be automatic.

Anyway, I don't know how I feel about Ghug defending me. can you elaborate on this? tbh I haven’t seen anything especially scum indicative that would make me want to kill outside of kak/sabi/yoak today I am not used to Ghug defending me, he usually scumread me.
