Amazing, Kestas! You're my hero! As for searching, if we manage to fix these two pages for every profile, it's almost as good as a search: https://webdiplomacy.net/profile.php?detail=threads&userID=10 https://webdiplomacy.net/profile.php?detail=replies&userID=10 Users would then be able to use [Ctrl...

Would that actually be possible to code in any phpDip/webDip fork? It sounds very difficult.

892 - not much happened and no one I’ve ever heard of was born or died so I’ll hand over to Damo to see if there is anything interesting about this number. 892 is the lowest number greater than the lowest octahedral number that is the sum of 5 consecutive primes (891). Bit weak but the best I can d...

Re: Screwed up orders

6.D.31 of the DATC is particularly telling because it goes out of its way to point out an impossible order that you would rarely see in real life: http://web.inter.nl.net/users/L.B.Kruijswijk/#6.D.31 When order judges allow any such impossible orders, they should warn users that they are partially n...

Re: I'm back... and I'm sorry

Thanks for all that you do, Kestas!

Funny enough, when I read "squigs", I thought that figlesquidge was back. People come and go and leave their mark. It's the nature of the beast, and I'm glad for it, because it means that we're open source and free.

Re: Just convoy around

If you are in a situation where your army is taking a convoy, and the convoy is unavailable (either because it was unordered or broken), the army does not move. It's more nuanced than that. See 4.A.3. of the DATC: http://web.inter.nl.net/users/L.B.Kruijswijk/#4.A.3 "Note that if there is only a lan...

Re: Just convoy around

It's worth noting that an army ordered to move 'via convoy' will still take the land route if no convoy is ordered. This is intentional and the recommended implementation of the rules according to the DATC. Unless you're specifically trying to avoid your army getting kidnapped, it's probably best to...
