Re: The Counting Game

The Covenant of the League of Nations is signed on 28 June 1919, probably biggest leap forward that humanity has ever taken.

Either:
A real person largely famous for politics or holding a government (but not military) office
OR
A fictional entity not from Earth?
*notices Aristocrat's question included 'dead'*
just the first one, then.
Included 'real'

Re: Why aren't Italians winning in this case?

This isn't the rulebook, but see 6.E.12 from the DATC:

https://webdiplomacy.net/datc.php#section5

https://webdiplomacy.net/doc/DATC_v3_0.html#6.E.12

webDiplomacy is compliant.

Re: Why aren't Italians winning in this case?

That's a good question. The Turks actually can support an attack on their own unit. They just can't dislodge their own unit. I haven't checked the rulebook to get you a page number, but I'm pretty sure that this is the answer that you're looking for.

Is this entity a fox, or there is a real-life equestrian statue of this entity (either the horse or the human), or is this a fictional entity known to have blood type O, or is this a real human born before 302 BCE?

You like boats (especially ones that go underwater). Narcís Monturiol.
Damn, I guess that the hint went too far. Yes, Narciso Monturiol, inventor of the first functional submarine powered by an engine.

Here's a big hint (you can thank me later): this person had strong opinions that might be described as philosophical and this person may have have dabbled in the arts, but this person is most well known for their invention.
