Once you complete a turn in your first game, your RR will go to 100% (given you're not going to miss that first turn).

Re: Am new - how do I join a game?

Hi and welcome to the Site. You were unlucky to try to join a private game. Private games are password-protected, and obviously, you need a password. But we have plenty of public games waiting for players. Public games are open to all players. Check them out at: https://webdiplomacy.net/gamelistings...

I find that when people say no ______ intended ______ is always present.
These are typical fake disclaimers, like 'I have nothing against X, but...', or 'I'm not a racist, but...'. Whatever falls after 'but' makes the disclaimer redundant, or perhaps even sarcastic.

Apologies for the double post - I'm currently trying to delete this thread again, but I haven't figured yet out how.
Players do not have powers to delete their own posts on Forum.

Re: New to the Site - Looking to set up a private Game

Hiya and welcome to webDip! Private game means that it is password-protected and only accessible to those who know the password. Private games are precisely the arena where friends and other people who know one another in RL can freely play the game. Public games are accessible by anyone whose Relia...

I enjoy strength training, ... and spot for one another! I wish I were back in the UK (or in what's left out of it).

Re: What Do Dip Players Do in Real Life?

I absolutely am happy to see this post and the response to it. It provides nearly tangible evidence that on the other side of the screen there is another human with their RL, jobs, talents, passions, and fears (have we mentioned that?). Thus, only in the heat of the moment can we call the other 'inc...

I estimate our traffic quadrupled since February.
Moreover, with players of better morality, if I can risk to use such a fancy word; we've got far fewer cheating cases, almost boring.

Re: No Deal Brexit

The UK should approach EU with the hat in its hands, and ask gracefully for what deal the EU may offer you. When you then are told what you can get, you should accept that offered deal while displaying lots of gratitude to keep EU leaders pleased. As a Brit (am I one really?), I couldn't agree more.
