Well, that's unfortunate. Hope it gets fixed quickly.

A bot game i was playing hasnt progressed even after an hour of waiting with mine and all the bots' orders ready (green tick). I tried to cancel it (with all the bots voting for it) but its not cancelling. So, i started a new game and, even with all the bots in it, it hasnt started.

If the reason is because a player could go absent, the mods should be contacted and they will force the game to draw.

That's not normal from my short time here. There is this thing called realiability rating that exists to show what players often miss turns and which don't. You can see yours and other players' RR in your/their account. There is a setting for games called required RR (reliability rating) or smth lik...

If a bot is winning on dots or with the same amount as you it won't draw unless it hasn't obtained a dot in the past 4 turns.

To your question about whether bots draw when the human players a eliminated, in a normal bot game they do. I imagine that when there's several humans they also draw, but i have never played a game with bots where there's more than one person so correct me if I'm wrong.
