Is Wayne Rooney's head getting larger and larger?

Or, is his face getting smaller and smaller? His ears seem to get further away from his eyes, every time I see a picture of him. He's a sniper's dream. I know that sportspeople often put on weight after retiring from active competition, but it is unusual to see someone apparently putting on signific...

Is it John James Audubon?
There are at least two people ahead of you on that guess, I think.
Technically I was the first person to ask:

"Is it John James Audubon?"

This might be too late, but I have a guess: Luis Trenker
Here we are a bit late but congratiolations since I guess this one was rather hard.

I would like the others to decide whether this is to be considered your win.
Yes I think Hominidae should be credited with that one.

You could have a crack at a leadership spot in the Church of England in a corrupt appointment Crazy Anglican for the same reason?
Are you suggesting that the selection of Archbishop of Canterbury is a process frequently plagued by corruption?

Re: War, what is it good for?

Israel is now bombing the refugee camps around Rafah where they *told* civilians yo move to. At least 35 civilians were killed in the most recent Israeli attack, some being BURNED ALIVE IN THEIR TENTS. The genocidal horror Israel is willing to inflict knows no end. The entire Israeli government shou...

Otherwise I've already screwed up by loitering earlier today I do not believe that loitering is a specific offence in the UK at the present time - the relevant parts of the Vagrancy Act 1824, which prohibited loitering about, were repealed by the Criminal Attempts Act 1981. So what you're telling m...

Re: If you could commit one crime and it would forever thereafter cease to exist..

Interesting question. Yes, you'd almost certainly just achieve the crime of attempted murder. So would that mean in future people would be unable to attempt murder, or that anyone who attempts it has to succeed? Likewise it would be very challenging for you, personally, to kill every seagull curren...

Re: If you could commit one crime and it would forever thereafter cease to exist..

I think on reflection I would commit arson. Arson is a major cause of forest fires (it has been suggested that around 60% of wildfires in Europe in recent years have been caused by arson). Therefore making it impossible for anyone ever again to commit the crime of arson would have significant long-t...

Re: If you could commit one crime and it would forever thereafter cease to exist..

Thinking more about this.... does it have to be a crime that one of us, as an individual, would actually have the capacity to commit? Like, for example, could I choose to commit a crime which, in practice, I would never be able to carry out in real life? Take my original Netanyahu example: I, Jamie,...

Re: If you could commit one crime and it would forever thereafter cease to exist..

I would kill Benjamin Netanyahu, and I would publicly declare exactly why: he is a despot, carrying out an actual act of genocide in Gaza. A noble intention, no doubt, but a little short-cited - don't think we want to forever remove the ability to kill future genocidal despots (or present-day ones,...
