So if we want the deadline to be the same everyday, the fix is to submit orders but not press 'ready'?

We started a game at 6.27 pm with a deadline of 1 day. The next day at 6.27 pm the game went to the next turn. A day later, the deadline is suddenly 9.27 pm. How does this work? I also read somewhere that when every player hits 'ready' the game moves to the next turn. Does it mean that the next dead...
