He hasn’t agreed to continue negotiating the border separately. You can’t separate negotiating the budget from the wall because that’s where the funding for the wall has to come from. If the democrats don’t agree to fund the wall within 3 weeks, the government could very well shutdown once again.

Indexes fell by more than 10%, so the market officially experienced a correction. I don’t see a catalyst to turn it into a full fledged bear market yet, though I suppose that’ll probably only be fully realized in hindsight. Same opinion as HR and Tom. The corporate tax reduction and increased budget...
