The territory is called Bering Strait in the order's box. I agree with yavuzovic on the probable cause of the mismatching abbreviations.

Bering Strait must be what they thought when designing left of the map and Bering Sea when designing the right side.

I'm currently playing a game on that map and i noticed a typo in the extended map.
The Bering Sea is marked as "BSt" in the left of the map while it is marked "BrS" in the right side of the map.

On the regular map is always marked as "BrS".
Can´t check how is it identified in the order's box cause i'm playing on the other side of the map.
