I feel like jmo has new goodies for me to preview every time I check my phone nowadays.

Since this is a pretty important change we do want everyone to be aware of it.

As of tonight all games now have a "Need help?" button right above voting options. This will take you to a page with a contact us form. Submitting that forum will automatically email the moderator team with your userid, username, email, and list of games in addition to whatever information you provide. This will really speed up the mod's response time to getting to requests and ensure they have enough information to handle the requests.

Please use that form from now on instead of directly emailing the team for pause requests, cheating investigation requests, and anything game related. If you ask for pause requests or if you are in a live game it will be marked as urgent so the team will know to address it quickly.

The page can be modified if you notice anything missing and is also available on the bottom of every page on the site except the forum and in the help section.
