Ramanujan
Well done!

Ramanujan was a mathematician who had insane intuition. According to Ramanujan many of his theorems were inspired by visions he had while he slept. He had a ton of results that he never bothered formally proving, but even still today most of his results are still actively being proven as correct. A true testament to his genius.

My favorite theorem of his: The infinite divergent sum of 1+2+3+4+....= -1/12.

Can I get a clarification: are sociology, mathematics, and economics considered to be sciences?
Sociology would count, certainly I would consider someone who does research and performs experiments in those fields to be scientists.

Mathematics isn't a science, it's its own thing. You do not conduct experiments (unless your studies are very applied and specific to another field). Consequently, I would not consider a mathematician to be a scientist.

Economics is a sort of middle ground. I'm not sure. So I will give more free info: not an economist.

Uh.

He almost has to be a private detective or someone associated with the Red Cross.

This is weird.
Or some kind of academic who is not a philosopher, scientist, fiction writer, or historian...
Topics that could qualify:

Geography
Law
<Language>
<Language's> Literature
Business Studies

...?

To settle this, I will give free info: they are NOT royalty.
I think this makes it more likely to be an academic rather a journalist, private eye, explorer, or Red Cross person.

Not that I have a good question to ask, but I think there should be a 24-hour time limit on asking the final question to avoid this stall.

#8?
I’d say emperorship isn’t really “government service” and the Russian tsar’s are far from your average/run-of-the-mill monarchs. Either way #17 kinda validates him as a choice

Also tsar Nicolas fit every other question (thank the Bolsheviks for #13)
You don't think that czars are known for politics?
Fair point but like I said, I’m out of ideas :P

In fairness Nicolas II was pretty bad at politics
So is Liz Truss but you'd still classify her as a politician.
Would you consider the British royals to be doing politics? My understanding is that while they might be the subjects of political opinion/questions, they themselves are supposed to be apolitical?
