Apparently it's back, but no game is processing as the mods are investigating the error.

Yes, although I managed to get on briefly about 40 mins ago, it is now down again.

Has anyone else noticed that vDiplomacy.com crashed as of GMT 4:30 March 14th?
The error:
"The requested URL /cgi-sys/php70-fcgi-starter.fcgi/index.php was not found on this server."
