Sorry all, took a while but I think I've got to the bottom of it. An issue meant some games took a long time to process and this caused a large backlog of games to build up, mainly unattended AI games, eventually causing the server to get thousands of games behind. The unattended bot games were cleared out, which I'll make happen automatically in future, and I'll add a check so that if the game process queue gets too long I'll get a warning so it won't get so bad next time.

Will keep an eye on it to make sure that has finally got it.

Your games aren't frozen. The AI determined that your submitted moves were so bad, you need more time to think about them.

Are all games frozen? Or just mine? I haven’t seen any updates on these.

I would also appreciate some guidance on what we players can expect. My game has been frozen for three days. I don't expect miracles, our mods are volunteers, but I do wish for an update on status.

Are you taking any actions, what is the situation, are we having any announcements ?

From which time zone are you posting?

It is a little strange that there have been a few games that have advanced, yet others remain frozen.

It's likely a site wide issue, usually isnt longer then 24-72 hours, it was a lot more common a few years ago and they would usually put a giant disclaimer at the top of everyones pages.

Same, game is stuck on the “Time Up” button and not proceeding to next phase
