Just to let you know, that link appears to be broken. I think it should be .pdf instead of /pdf.

Also, somehow I got I invited to play a game with world class players and the commentary for 1901 of that game is in this edition of Diplomacy World. I encourage you all to check it out, as the commentary is given by awesome people.
