Go to my games, and then click Leave Game at the bottom of the game you want to leave. You won't be penalized as long as it hasn't started.

Make sure you click the link attached to My Games. It won't show the leave button in the home screen.

If I wanted to back out of a game that I created before it reaches 7 players, how would I do that?
