29 Mar 09 UTC Spring, 1902: "iphonewins" is playing in 3 games, but hasn't made a single move in any ot them. Any ideas?
29 Mar 09 UTC Spring, 1902: looks like russia and austria got luck?
31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: If iphones isnt playing is there a way to get someone else online so we dont have to wait for all of the time to expire before turns are due?
31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: when he becomes into civil disorder it is possible...
31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: how long does that usually take?
31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: its now...

31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: hmmm in forum where writen to type that...
31 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: Ah... these people in belgium really like to deep-fry everything. Nothing for my low fat diet

02 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1903: cold and rainy in turkey?

06 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1904: GameMaster: TheMasterGamer has taken over Russia.
06 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1904: New Russia here. All ambassadors welcome.
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Russia hurry the hell up...we know that you think that you're a master gamer, but you're just a MASTER LOSER...next time you enter a game late (which is likely)...could you not inconvenience the rest of us of by taking forever. DB
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: I am sorry. Have I missed any moves? Or are you implying that playing within the time limits of the game is bad?
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: I am not sure what a DB is.

Reasons for my handle, as previously explained in the forums:
1) not because I believe I am the best gamer
2) because I play a wide variety of games
3) I teach games
4) I demo games

Reasons for allowing the timer to run:
6) To see if someone is likely to miss a turn, when such occurrence is likely
5) To give my partners time to respond to me
4) To control when the turns are due so that I am sure not to miss any due to other obligations
3) To shake up some players and possibly find an opening in their attack
2) To test the patience of persons I believe to be involved in meta-gaming
1) waiting on email responses from ALAMO
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: If someone doesn't respond they might not want to talk to you...that is always an option.
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: You are correct. So is letting the timer run out. Word of advice, it is always better to chat a little in Diplomacy.
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: not when you have two supply centers and already have your allies determined...why would I talk to you about turning on my allies?
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: I do chat...to people who I actually want to chat to
19 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well, for one you could have had 5 SC's now, or more, had you decide to play the game instead of rolling over for France and Italy.
21 Apr 09 UTC Germany, get Denmark! :)

best wishes to italy.
22 Apr 09 UTC Grats to Italy.
