18 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Ah, forgot about the shuffle. Ignore the messages I sent haha
18 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: The Archduke is officially *not* talking to anyone as he hears rumors of some unstable Serbs running around.
18 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Oh Damn I forgot there was a shuffle.
18 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: I didn't know there was a shuffle. I guess all my diplomatic efforts have been in vain!
21 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: To all, I will begin conducting my diplomacy once unpaused. Seems a bit unfair to get a step up on those not ready yet. Just wanted everyone to know I wasn't ignoring them.
21 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck all!
22 Jul 12 UTC Spring, 1901: Have a good game, all!
03 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: Folks I am traveling over the next 36 hours and internet access is not guaranteed. I think I will be ok as long as you don't finalize this retreat phase...I should be able to get back online in time for the build after that. No need for a pause, but don't expect much communication either. Thanks for the understanding.
15 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: I'm going away for the next 6 days (off to GenCon!). I'll have my smartphone and laptop with me, so I won't miss any turns or anything, but my response time to messages may be a little slow at times.
23 Aug 12 UTC Spring, 1907: I wanted to give everyone advance notice. I have a business trip next weekend, and I am uncertain I will have the time or the internet access to keep up on orders. I will likely request an extend around Thursday 8/30 (as I leave Friday and don't return until Tuesday). I appreciate your understanding in advance. Thanks!
30 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: I likewise am on the road for the next 36 hours. Orders entered but will be out of touch.
31 Aug 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: I am gone all weekend. I don't know what kind of access to the site I will have, so I am voting a pause for now. Thanks!
04 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Ok, I will be flying back today, so we should be able to unpause once I get back this afternoon. Thank you all for your understanding.
04 Sep 12 UTC Spring, 1909: Actually, I'll just unpause now. There's plenty of time before the phase end.
05 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 1909: Stalemate line looks pretty well established already. Why delay the inevitable draw?
07 Sep 12 UTC Autumn, 1909: I suppose it's the Turks fault...
25 Sep 12 UTC GG all. Sorry about the dismantling of your Empire, Germany.
25 Sep 12 UTC gg everyone. enjoyed it quite a bit.
25 Sep 12 UTC Lame. One of you should've went for the win. Losers.

I kid of course. Although it is lame that my death didn't see someone win...how else is England suppose to learn when he makes stupid mistakes like messing up the stalemate line? Too much faith in Italy and Turkey. Anyways, this was the optimal outcome for me in the tournament, so I can't complain too much...
25 Sep 12 UTC GG all. I'm glad my faith was well placed this time, but I'm sure I will learn the lesson of too much faith somewhere down the line, Germany. Anyway, well fought to the end.
