26 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Greetings, proud leaders of the world. I hope this game will NOT take on the characteristic of the name of this game. May peace and prosperity be the rule and may we all live harmoniously together! I, for one, will extend a warm handshake of trust and cooperation to all countries on the map. Join me.
26 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Yeah... right! Let the carnage begin.
28 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: DeathFromAbove has taken over Germany.
03 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: I think Germany put up an invisible fence and a sign that reads "Do not disturb". Funny that no one has touch him... yet.
05 Mar 09 UTC Spring, 1903: GameMaster: k.cho has taken over Germany.
05 Mar 09 UTC Spring, 1903: That was accidental!
05 Mar 09 UTC Spring, 1903: Oh well. Do you best. Germany has not submitted a move yet this game.
14 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1906: GameMaster: TheMasterGamer has taken over Russia.
14 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1906: New Tsar in town. All ambassadors welcome.
14 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1906: I wonder why the previous Russian player had to finish me off, just before disappering... pfeh...
14 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1906: Welcome to our game MasterGamer. I was disappointed to see the old Russian leave the game. This game has turned into a very interesting and challenging one. The map was aligned right down the middle, but this is a good time to "shake it up" a little. How often do you get to pick up a CD game with 10 centers. Nice one.
Good luck. Thanks for adding to the pot.
23 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Actually, I think that is all I have done, ie, add to the pot. I get so little press from anyone in this game. The only person who did decided to miss 3 turns and then turn on me. The end is near. The future not so bright.
24 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Sorry Ivan. The lines were mostly decided before you joined the game. It is not personal.
24 Mar 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Although I think I've been possibly the worst ally in the history of the world.
03 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1911: Thanks for the lesson fellows. An early grats to France. However, the reason for the last two turns being long can be blamed solely on England. You may thank him for this comment to me, "You know you can just leave me alone and stop being a homo."
03 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1911: I don't think that type of language and attitude is needed in this game. Let's try to keep it friendly, even while attacking each other.
03 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1911: LOL. Wow someone is a little immature. You guys are actually complaining about that. That is beyond hilarious. Who honestly complains about a "bad type of language". You guys are babies.
03 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1911: Dude, get a bit more serious. You will find that the majority of people who hang out at phpdip a great deal, don't bring their games into the gutter. There is a place for some good natured trash talk and attitude, but nothing too harsh or personal. I don't think this is acting like a baby. XL... lighten up and we will all have more fun.
03 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1911: Get more serious? This game is a joke. It requires very little skill or anything at all. You definitely take this shit way too serious. I realized that from the start of the game when you were practically role playing. "Greetings proud leaders of the world ......" Can't get much gayer than that.
04 Apr 09 UTC Spring, 1912: Come on. The man who speaks trash isnt more man than the one who speaks polite. We better stop this right now.
04 Apr 09 UTC Spring, 1912: England's language is completely offensive. It's not about being babies, it's about being decent human beings. I think you're the one with the growing-up to do England.
04 Apr 09 UTC Spring, 1912: Shit my life is over. I called someone a homo.
04 Apr 09 UTC Spring, 1912: If that's offensive then you need to grow up. Telling people that it hurt your little feelings is going to get you nowhere in life.
04 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1912: Ok... I think we can all move on now.
10 Apr 09 UTC Autumn, 1915: Greetings, fine leaders and generals. It is possible our time together will be over soon. I would like to take a minute to comment on the game.

This game took a few years to get going. There was not too much action early on, but soon alliances were formed and battle lines were drawn. For a while, I thought I was dead meat when Russia, Austria, and Turkey were all working together. The Turkish fleets were about to enter my waters and Austrian armies were knocking on my door. With a single change of orders I could have been toast. I need to thank France, who has proved to be one of my greatest and most steady allies EVER. He could have gobbled up a center or two of mine when seeing the impending charge of our enemies, but he chose to support me and help me survive instead. We put together a solid naval block that held off the Turkish armada long enough to attack Austria and gain a foothold near Turkish soil. When momentum was in our favor, Turkey did a great job of limiting our progress... right to the end. He did not collapse like a house of cards like I have seen so many times before.

England seemed to start of slowly but definitely was an important part of the alliance. Not sure if this was his first game or not, but Prodigy got into the groove and battled hard against a dominant Russia. I think there was great communication between our alliance which certainly helped. I will have to give credit to Kostas for this as he worked with both England and I independently.

I would guess that MasterGamer was thrilled to take over a Russia with 9 or 10 centers, but he had little chance to maneuver in this game. Too bad, dude. The sides were already drawn, and Russia was being driven backwards before you joined.

The last few years of this game, I am sorry to say, have been fairly dull. The outcome was pretty clear unless there was some intrigue, but all stayed about the same. I am not a big fan of game Draws (as Kostas seems to be), but I could not stab such a good partner.

Hope to see you all in future games.
