19 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Russia: as of now no, Turkey: what thing?
19 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1901: germany: wait until 1902
19 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1901: Of course.
22 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1902: GameMaster: Mexisexy has taken over France.
22 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1902: GameMaster: BP86 has taken over Austria.
23 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: germany, send me your intentions of the army at tyrolia
24 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: go to vienna
24 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: Do you have to control all of your own provinces to get multiple reinforcements? Or is it just x more than 3 you own?
24 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1902: You get 3 armies/fleets for the original 3 supply centers that you own. You get one more per supply center that you occupy each Autumn Phase.
26 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1903: Italy: probably allright though I at ths moment I don't know
27 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1903: Italy, are you not checking your messages in the chats, or are you checking them and responding here?
27 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1903: checking them and responding here, I meant you turkey when I said italy, I am sorry, and to your message, I know
29 Jan 09 UTC Spring, 1904: turkey: works for me
30 Jan 09 UTC Autumn, 1904: Turkey: actually no, I just don't like units that do nothing
01 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1904: Turkey: no, and it isnt
02 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1905: Turkey: no can do
05 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1906: England's going to miss his turn.
05 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1906: Oh, wait, speak of the devil.
08 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1907: Is Germany going CD now?
10 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1908: GameMaster: MatGB has taken over Germany.
10 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1908: Morning all. Looks like the former regime fell asleep on all the Austrian wine.
11 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1908: I just realized it has only been 7 years. One of the shortest wars I've fought.
12 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Wow. Big jump there. Germany was destroyed in one move practically.
12 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Yeah, y'git. The forces I inherited where in very strange dispositions and had no real defensive cohesion. Combine that with trusting your word...

Still, at least I get the points back soon; moral of this story, if sandwiched, avoid being the meat.
12 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: Ouch. Just ordered the destruction of 4 units. Not fun.
12 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1908: It was just bad timing. Germany was going down anyways, you just had the misfortune of taking it over.

Italy, you could've done something this game, even with your global chat thing. The only problem is that you just sat there it seems to me. You didn't really try to go anywhere.
13 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1909: I know but because of austira helping you and not me and germany invading austria I didn't have a chance to stop england before he could become so south heavy that I was screwed, it didn't help that you got powerful fast either
13 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1909: Then there was also the matter of the absent France at the start. That plus the first Germany's movements substantially aided my expansion.
13 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1909: Yes, I suppose. Couldn't you have taken France if it was empty?
13 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1909: Oh, you of course were expecting someone to take it over quickly I guess.
13 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1909: This is going to please my OCDness I believe. Two colors, completely spread even across the board with no exceptions. :D
14 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1909: Damn you Germany! That spot of color is going to mess with me now, lol.
14 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1909: That was the idea ;-) Did you guys plan 17/17 all along? I'd not seen it done properly, certainly not this well.
14 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1909: Don't worry, I'll get rid of it easily.

It wasn't planned. We reached the agreement for a draw back a while ago. We most likely were going to end up locked anyways just by looking at our progress. We were pretty much right.
14 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1909: The first Germany had actually gained a lot of supply centers and was a serious contender but had two major setbacks (prior to going into cd) which essentially ruled out his chances of being a major player later on. For a while it looked like it might end in a solo win but the close number of supply centers Turkey had compared to mine pointed toward a draw. There was the risk for both of us that the other players would form alliances that would make victory very unpredictable or stalemated so, as Turkey has said, we agreed to a 17/17 draw. We had been in communication for a while but had not agreed to this draw until the game had progessed considerably.
15 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Hold up a second, why is it that I capped Tyrolia but you didn't get Naples?
15 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: ?
15 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Colour on supply centres changes Autumn only, non SCs change whenever there's a unit there. If that's what you mean by 'capped'
16 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: Oh, thank you.
16 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: It seems that now would be a suitable time for a draw since we both have 17 supply centers.
16 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: /draw
16 Feb 09 UTC Autumn, 1910: GameMaster: Translucent Knight has voted for a draw.
Voted: Translucent Knight Remaining: LitleTortilaBoy.
17 Feb 09 UTC Spring, 1911: It's a beautiful sight. Shame it's over.
18 Feb 09 UTC /draw
18 Feb 09 UTC GameMaster: LitleTortilaBoy has voted for a draw.
Voted: Translucent Knight,LitleTortilaBoy Remaining: . The vote has passed, and will be acted on within 5 minutes.
18 Feb 09 UTC Had to try dude, good game.
18 Feb 09 UTC Good game. Well played and interesting late game. I thought that Munich or Norway would be likely targets.
18 Feb 09 UTC They were, as you see.

I waited until the very end, hoping you would not finalize, forcing a hold of all units. Isn't that what it's supposed to do? You hadn't finalized the entire time, and yet these orders happened.
18 Feb 09 UTC I need to know really, because this has happened in another game. A person hadn't finalized, yet orders were processed. I don't want to make a decision on faulty information.
18 Feb 09 UTC Your moves can happen even if not finalized. All that is needed is that they be input; even if the time runs out without a checkmark this will happen.

Looking a when a person last logged in can be a useful guide when trying to figure out whether they are likely to miss a turn. However even this is not always reliable.
