11 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: Oh, sorry. I didn't realize we were restarting.
12 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: I'm good with an unpause whenever you are PE, unless you're still working on that 21 hour day transition?! ;-)

PS - Thanks for the well wishes for my mom!
12 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: I'll hit it at midnight. Got the transition ready, I think! Now to continue my, what, 34 hours of straight consciousness until 05:00...
12 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: Oh darn, I should have hit it earlier. Oh well. Actually we're doing 00:01 because fuck everything about not resolving on the dot.
13 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: FYI - My mom's surgery went well, super long day on very little sleep, will be in touch at some point tomorrow/Tuesday...
13 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: Jesus fuck, get the women to the bunkers. This is gonna get UGLY.
13 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1904: Yah, but that was the woman that looked so good last night...
15 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1905: Sorry all, up to and during my mom's surgery I had time on my hands, but things have been crazy ever since. I will get on top of things soon...
15 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1905: No worries man. If you need a pause, just ask.
15 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1905: absolutely. I think a six month pause would do us all good.
16 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Hey guys I know this is short notice but can I get a pause for the weekend? We are celebrating the "Biggest Irish festival in North America" in my town this weekend.
16 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: sure
16 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: enjoy!
19 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Let's start voting unpause, I expect Lando will vote tomorrow at the latest...
19 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Voted unpause, thanks for giving me the break.
19 Mar 12 UTC Autumn, 1905: Just got back from work. Here's the final unpause!
23 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1906: Hi everyone, another very busy weekend for me. I won't ask for a pause, but please excuse me if I am more quiet than usual.
23 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1906: I'm sure you can't top yourself right now, love. :)
29 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1907: RIP Austria
30 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1907: You sure did. :(
30 Mar 12 UTC Spring, 1907: clause versus verb. No wonder we can't all get along :)
02 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: My girlfriend's counselor's dog was just certified as a therapy dog!!

02 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: As you're all soulless blackhearts I figured you could use some revitalization. ;)

Interesting how y'all rearranged the place! Why, I never thought I'd look so green. At least Il Duce was kind enough to let me keep Apulia!
02 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Pres, are you getting a discount rate when you talk with your girlfriend's counselor's dog?
02 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Would be nice, wouldn't it? It's so cute! But no, I actually don't get to see him, he, the counselor and the woman are all at school a few states over. Dog has his own Facebook page, though.
03 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Sorry guys. I partially NMRed. I started a new job and thought I would have a chance to use the web, but webdip was blocked and I didn't get home until late. Very sorry.
03 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1907: Hey, it happens.
09 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well that was a comically bad choice of moves.
09 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: Yea, I don't think I have time to play WebDip effectively anymore.
09 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: ditto, except I would substitute "skill" for "time" :)

Sorry I missed last turn, not that it would have changed the outcome.
10 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: Holy crap what the hell happened in the west
10 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: A neck-to-neck EF vs GR got turned on its head by a two center Italian stab of France. Consequently, Italy is now the most powerful nation on the board, and may have a shot at breaking into the Atlantic.
23 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1910: And now? My word! GO ZACH GO!
23 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1910: He's to the forty...he's to the fifty...he...could...go...all....the...way!!!
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1911: So help a beginner understand this: I read all these profestations from players about how WTA is the only true way to play Diplomacy...how one should throw their body in front of a train to stop a solo....and then I see what appears to be Russia giving the game to Italy. What am I missing?
25 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1911: The game is PPSC?
26 Apr 12 UTC Spring, 1911: lol
26 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1911: So....still don't understand how the champion of WTA could throw a game to a solo. What am i missing?
27 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1911: Fun.
27 Apr 12 UTC Autumn, 1911: lmao

Ah...I'm expecting consistency! Foolish Indy!
03 May 12 UTC hey guys, can we pause until sunday? sorry to spring this on you now, will be without internet for a couple of nights... won't NMR but this is a pretty importantturn.
03 May 12 UTC Sure. Pause vote in.
06 May 12 UTC Hey guys, thanks so much for pausing.
09 May 12 UTC OH MAN IT'S NOT RESOLVING

THE TENSION
10 May 12 UTC Excellent Grand Alliance people, way to come together, (just) before all was said and done! Fascinating game, really, emotions boiling over and all the good stuff you'd want, glad I joined up to help you all out!! ;-)
10 May 12 UTC I almost forgot that you even joined at all, Russia. You integrated yourself into the game rather seamlessly.
10 May 12 UTC Good game everyone. MM, that was a very impressive ability to come extremely close to giving Italy the win. Quite a skill. Wish things had turned out better for me. Next time.
10 May 12 UTC The key to almost giving Italy the win was 100% trying to give him the win with my entire being, I was prepared to die for what I believed in. But, once the solo was secured, it then became more interesting to try to stop the solo rather than easily see the solo through to fruition.

Anyway, Lando, next time don't stab me and things will turn out much better for you! :-P

10 May 12 UTC EoG's are always interesting, I hope all will share their thoughts...
