29 Dec 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Good game all.
29 Dec 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck to everyone!
29 Dec 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck!
29 Dec 11 UTC Spring, 1901: hi all sorry for the delay
30 Dec 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: Sorry for the missed phase. I'm back!
03 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: Sorry for the missed phase.

Now, please don't take this as an attempt from me to cancel a game where I missed a phase. Russia and Italy also missed the same phase. It really is just wrong to continue a game where three players missed a phase at the same time and in the second year of the game to boot.
03 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1902: So, in case it wasn't clear, I recommend that we draw or cancel, not because of my missed phase (those happen) but because of three players NMRing in the same season early in the game.
04 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1903: well we can agree to attack those who dont "draw" and eliminate Russia because he is about to go AWOL
05 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: This is ridiculous! Now we have another phase with 3 NMRs! This game deserves to die!
05 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: we need TUR and FRA to hit draw
05 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: Indeed. It's simply disrespectful to do otherwise.
06 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: I don't mind drawing, but I must say I think its much more 'disrespectful' to commit to a one day game and miss a phase, why should the players' who can keep up with each move suffer because of those who can't?
06 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: France?? its just you
06 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: I disagree. If a player commits to a game, they should expect a good-quality play. While it is disrespectful for players to not grant this good quality play, it is also disrespectful to settle for less. By insisting on continuing, you are disrespecting the players who continue to play but do not benefit from the NMR and even get hurt by it. They came into the game with the same expectation of good play as the others but because of circumstances the CD was a detriment rather than a benefit for them. So, it is disrespectful to them to continue.
07 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1903: Have I once insisted on continuing? I've said I don't mind drawing...The fact of the matter is this game has been messed up by people missing phases, as you said, that happens. But to then come on and say people are being disrespectful by continuing, when you are a part of the problem in the first place is absurd. If France doesn't want to draw the game then that's his choice, and I think he is more than entitled to that choice as he has not missed a phase. I suggest that next time this happens you thank the people who choose to draw and bail you out, instead of trying to make the people who have done nothing wrong look like the bad guys.
20 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1908: Really FRA? You have to disband the unit that was in Bre. Why not move the game along?
20 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1908: Because I was at work all day and don't sit here and check 24/7? This is the first time I've logged on this turn. Push off and go fuck yourself.
21 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1908: actually you are on record has having been on AFTER the phase. Don't get pissed at me.
21 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1908: And I don't think my statement\request was rude or inappropriate. The fact that you logged on a second time without putting in your orders along with your unjustified attacks on me begins to show the quality of your play.

Furthermore, TUR and GER, after it became clear that his unwillingness to agree to a “draw” had backfired this was the message FRA sent me:

Now is the perfect time for you to turn against Germany. Otherwise he will gain 3 from England, Brest, and Paris to give him 15. Then he just needs one more to win it all. The most you will get from me is Mar, Spa, and Por, if you even get those three before Turkey does.
22 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1908: 3 centers to go and we're all done
24 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 1909: I have to say, nice job GER after missing the first turn
26 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 1909: Thanks!
