27 Dec 11 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Al Jazeera knows it all!
01 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2003: [Pacific-Russia]:Lots of little blue boats in the Southern Oceans...
05 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2004: [Russia]:The new provincial Russian government announces the sacking of the general in charge of southern operations, after failing a second time to take an unoccupied Armenia. For a year, the crowds have been standing in the Armenian streets, ready to welcome the heros freeing them from Near Eastern occupation, and many of the crowd have starved to death as the tanks have stayed in Moscow and Ukraine.

In other news, the head of Russian Intelligence was promoted as he has successfully argued for the past 18 months that the Near East would not honor commitments, and each time has been proven correct.

Science update: Near East seeks to prove that in fact one CAN be cornholed by four countries at the same time, as Kenya sends fleets north.
07 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Near-East]:The Near East doesn't seek to prove it; that would it be stupid, the theory has been proved dozens of times before.
07 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Near-East]:I think the exciting piece of research is how easy it can be for someone to stay ahead.
13 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2005: [Russia]:How is that research coming along?
13 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2005: [Near-East]:Well; considering the lack of loss from the test subjects- the results are proving themselves.
18 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Quebec]:i'll be - unplanned - on the road for about a day – to anyone who has sent me messages: i'm not ignoring them, just don't have the time to reply at the moment ...
i'll enter my build orders but will not push the ready button for a while, sorry for the delay.
18 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:But this is the build turn... you can always submit now.
18 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Russia]:Makes sense to me - you buy up to 24 hours before builds...and then have another 24 hours before moves are due.

In fact, given the invastion from Guana, perhaps you should take a couple of weeks, I'm not sure I want to have the next set of moves occur :)
18 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Ghana]:now now, don't be impolite. My country is Ghana, not guano.
18 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2006: [Russia]:lmao.
25 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2008: [Kenya]:Well, it seems FA an Quebec want to finish it... aere we going to allow it? if we respect each other we can do it !
28 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2009: [Russia]:I support a four way draw. I would also be perfectly happy with a 5 way..and a 6 way draw.

Regardless, we all get a draw on our record. Point impact on 4 vs 6:
Quebec: Now: 50 4 way: 54 5 way: 43 6 way: 36.
For a country with 900+ points, a loss of 14 to do a six way draw;no big deal
28 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2009: [Russia]:Really true for most of us. But I do respect those who want to continue and destroy their enemies. Feedback?
28 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2009: [Pacific-Russia]:I'd be content with a DRAW, seeing as my attacks on Kenya or Ghana are harder due to just pure geography
29 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2009: [Russia]:OK, four it is. If Kenya won't even show up once the game turns for him....
29 Jan 12 UTC Spring, 2009: [Ghana]:Well, I prefer a 5- way draw of course, and I will fight for it. Since I've already voted for it, it is up to the rest of you to give it a thumbs up or down.
29 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Russia]:Looks like Kenya opposes a draw lol
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:Let's end this game. Hey Quebec, I know you're a greedy guy, but maybe you can go against your nature this one time and vote to draw.
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Russia]:Interesting - why didn't you rail on Froz?
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Russia]:I see no "draw" vote there :)
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:me and ghana do have a "history" in endgames and when it is time to give in (and when not yet).
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Quebec]:i know that the last time the game turned pointless as it did not progress anymore. in this one, are we at this point yet?
it's not about gaining some more points in this, but there is still movement ...
31 Jan 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Russia]:ahhhh. of course, your vote is irrelevant when Froz won't vote "draw". Does Ghana recognize that? :)
01 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:Hey, one step at a time there, Russki.
01 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Ghana]:So, FA, what's your tske on the matter?
01 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Frozen-Antarctica]:I can't think of a reason to draw yet.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Russia]:Not sure I would, either, were I blue :)
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:FA's hunger has not yet been fulfilled, then let us continue.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Pacific-Russia]:FA's hunger has not yet been fulfilled, then let us continue.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2010: [Brazil]:Fa doesn't nessarily got this, the game is up in the air.
02 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2010: [Kenya]:I agree! and we have managed to set quebec nearly out. I am confused with the colours thoug...
06 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 2011: [Ghana]:oops, guess I missed out on the orders and my chance at the draw. Sorry everyone!!
06 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Russia]:Happens to all of us. Stinks:(
06 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Russia]:At least you are keeping a levelhead about it
07 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:Yeah thanks. Since you're such a good sport, you'll be vacating Egypt, right? ;)
08 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Russia]:Hopefully very, very soon ;)
08 Feb 12 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Ghana]:I didn't mean in a southernly direction! :)
10 Feb 12 UTC [Ghana]:OK Boys, I concede. Thanks for a challenging game, better luck next time!
12 Feb 12 UTC [Russia]:Good game, dr. G. You have my admiration, a person who never stopped fighting. One of these days I'm going to create a world game made up of good players who play to the end and you are on the list.
12 Feb 12 UTC [Russia]:p.s. i have no complaint with a 5-way draw...
12 Feb 12 UTC [Near-East]:I should think not, you've been asking for that for years.
12 Feb 12 UTC [Quebec]:i agree, and i don't want to drive this beyond the end ...
so with kenya gone, i just voted for draw.
12 Feb 12 UTC [Quebec]:if FA agrees too: thanks for the game – it was challenging in many details, but always fun.
if FA does not agree, i'll play on.
12 Feb 12 UTC [Russia]:ditto :)
12 Feb 12 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:I agree with both of you. The majority of my games in the Classic variant last a month (with 1 day turns). I can't even remember when we started this match, but I too and finding it a challenge to keep going.

But as mentioned this would need to be agreed upon by everyone.
12 Feb 12 UTC [Pacific-Russia]:Thanks all. Good game.
14 Feb 12 UTC [Ghana]:Thanks all for a challenging game!
14 Feb 12 UTC [Ghana]:and thanks for including me in the draw! I am honored!!
