27 Oct 11 UTC Spring, 1903: CAPTAIN YOU TOOK US TOO CLOSE AND WE'LL BE PAST THE BITCH HORIZON IN T -2 SECONDS. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
27 Oct 11 UTC Spring, 1903: Beyoooond the bitch horiiiiizon, waaaaits a beautiful daaaaaay...
28 Oct 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Oh hey, I'm out of town this weekend (starting this afternoon) and can't guarantee access to the Internets. (I'll be in Iowa, and I believe they are still using coal-powered difference engines to store their corn-related data.) What I'm saying is, it's not as good an excuse as going to Essen, but can we please pause the game until Monday?
28 Oct 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Likely Iowa is better than Essen. Pause it is.
28 Oct 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: This will give you time to think about how badly you fucked up.
01 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Since England seems to be back (judging from his vote to unpause.... shall we???
03 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Motherfuckers.
03 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: It's true. I'm in Paris fucking France's mother right now.
04 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: ;_;
04 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Germany declares war on Russia. Again, no malice in it, but with the collapse of Turkey, the Russian position became so powerful as to constitute an implicit threat to the international order of Russia-not-winning-the-game.
04 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1904: It pains the Russians that it suits their friend and ally Kaiser Kelsey to drasticly turn the tables and declare war on our fair nation so blatantly and unexpectedly. However it is during such troubling time that diverse Russians citizens unite, come together as one and cry out: This agression will not stand, man!
04 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Honestly, it pains the Germans to discover that an attack on the great Russian people seems strategically necessary. In a sense, it's really our own fault--if we had been able to keep up with the impressive Russian gains, we could afford to allow yet more territory to fall under Russian control, safe in the knowledge that we could provide a counterbalancing force. Instead, we must strike while there is yet time, knowing that it may already be too late.
05 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: With all the activity along my borders, I'm going to need to reorganise my defence to ensure my safety. Just a word to my neighbours.
07 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: I will blow up the entire nation of Portugal if France isn't immediately restored to her rightful President.
07 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Yes! i will support France's action if the Kaiser is not allowed back into Paris.

Speaking of being a bitch, anybody know what happens if I destroy three units in the same place? I assume it would just destroy two random units, just as though I had input no orders at all.
07 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Yes! i will support France's action if the Kaiser is not allowed back into Paris.

07 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: I believe that the in case of an NMR you (the system) should destroy the units furthest from your home centers. Since that makes no difference in this case, I guess it will be entirely random.

That's no way for a proud KAISER to make decisions though. Shame on you for even considering it!
07 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: I was trying to get the system to only destroy one unit. That would have been sweet!
08 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: Does anyone know if its possible o change what the map shows? Right now it's displaying fall moves, retreats and builds and gives way to much information for easy comprehension.
08 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: It is unfortunate that I have to do this. England's unexpected attack on Germany, putting his SCs at the easy reach of Russia and thus threatening with a permanent collapse of any sort of balance in the game, has created a situation which convinced me of the need to abandon my defensive stance.

Sorry for having to do this.
08 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: I wish. Looked into a while back, and the suggested "fix" seemed to be to enlarge the map.
09 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: Playing at all the anachronistic discotheques here in Portugal: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tth-8wA3PdY
09 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1905: Re: Austria: If you are really sorry, you stand by your word and attack Germany! Until such time, the Russian nation cries for revenge! TO WAR!
10 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: FUCK YEAH, PORTUGAL.
10 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: GO PORTUGAL!
11 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: BITCHES SEE MY PORTGUAL DEY GO WOOP WOOP
11 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: GO BITCHES!
11 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1906: This is highly insulting for the well adjusted and noisy-music loving people of Portugal. Iberians like it hairy, smelling like alcohol and clothed in leather.
11 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Well, we're busy!
12 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: HOW FUCKING DARE YOU. PORTUGAL WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS.
15 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: BREAKING NEWS: after enjoying a proper fucking meal for the first time, the people of Liverpool have massively enrolled in Italian language courses and renamed the city as "Piscina di Fegato",
15 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: You miss one weekend of messages, and suddenly you have all sorts of furriners tramping through the streets...
16 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: HAIL ITALIA!
16 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: HEIL ITALIEN!

Waaay more creepy when I say it. :-)
16 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'm going to be out of town without Interwebs access for the next five days (Thursday through Monday). I realize I'm not a factor, but I'm proposing we delay the Italo-Austrian victory until I get back.
16 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Sure, no problem.
16 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1908: OK by me!
17 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1908: Sure. I am in no rush to get crushed under the autocratic Austrian boots.
17 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1908: Best boots east of the Rhine.
17 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1908: Worst boots west of the Wolga
22 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1908: OK, I'm back and will unpause shortly. However, I should give you all the opportunity to concede the game to me first. Any takers>
24 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1909: I think I'll give up, there's no way we can stop England.
24 Nov 11 UTC Spring, 1909: from being lkate with orders???

I kid I kid
26 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1909: I can now confirm my alliance with the Turks.

Also, the one-day turns thing screwed me up royally.
28 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1910: 3-way draw it is.
29 Nov 11 UTC Autumn, 1910: Done and done.
30 Nov 11 UTC Wow...that's awesome. My first time making a coalition at the beginning of the game, and having it last to the end. Many thanks, all!
30 Nov 11 UTC Great game everybody! Congrats to my partners in the Central Alliance!
30 Nov 11 UTC Yeah, great game.
30 Nov 11 UTC (And I get to keep Prussia! yay!)
