28 May 11 UTC Spring, 1901: It is with the most humble felicitations that I warmly extend the olive branch to all lovers of peace and prosperity. Good luck one and all!
28 May 11 UTC Spring, 1901: I feel I should let everybody know that the key German military advisor is, in fact, French. This is mainly due to the lack of experience in German ranks. However, any correspondence should still come through me and, as I do not speak English, please use any of the traditional Germanic languages if you require a response.
28 May 11 UTC Spring, 1901: Was haben die Franzosen sagen, die Deutschen?

Ich werde Befehl deine Armeen, Flotten Ihr, Ihr Menschen. Dies wird mein Triumph des Willens werden.

01 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Everyone,

I will now be suicidally defending against England. Germany and Italy (and anyone else who should manage to get there) can feel free to take any of my territories with no opposition from me, and active encouragement.

Thank you.
01 Jun 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: As I was informed, The Empire of Austria was working with France. The decision of preattack was painful, hard, and questionable. However this new situation offers a peace which both empire can greet.
03 Jun 11 UTC Spring, 1903: I am a staunch advocate of drawing/cancelling any game in which an NMR has a significant effect on the state of play. As such I have now put up a draw/cancel vote, and expect that any reasonable player will do the same.
03 Jun 11 UTC Spring, 1903: I however expect that the players who stand to benefit from this NMR will not have the moral courage to vote in kind.
03 Jun 11 UTC Spring, 1903: And furthermore I expect that some players from the central southern regions may not even understand what is going on at all.
