01 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1901: Dear gentlemen, possible ladies,

today is a good day. A good day to start a new game, to fight, to work together, to love, to hate and to stab. This welcome seems a bit inappropiate since I have not started this game. But this game is special to me in a way that I hope it's a precedent. I will be playing against or with three other players I already now. One of them has had the honour of being defeated by me twice, the others are people I know in real live. At the start of the game I want to state two things: first, to all players: I will not treat my friends otherwise than other players. It's a game and I want to win (and have some fun). Secondly, to my friends: when I stab you. it's nothing personal. If it is personal, you'll know ;) Madness!

Good luck all, may you all use your wits well and play orderly!

13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: not quite sure i understand
13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: Therefor he has to be in CD first...
13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: To explain: the pause function is built in to create a hold on the timer - if every player agrees. It can be very useful but won't help us now - we'll just have to wait until Italy goes into CD and gets replaced by someone.
13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: This sucks.
13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: zeker
13 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: This does indeed suck.

28 Nov 08 UTC Autumn, 1907: Hmm. It will be curious to see how this turns out. It's a race really.
08 Dec 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: It appears Germany has come back to spoil the free-for-all. :)
14 Dec 08 UTC Spring, 1909: ehehehe.
14 Dec 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: Hmm. Why do I feel like a three-way tie might be beneficial at this point?

Ah, that's crazy talk. :)
17 Dec 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: Why don't you just take Germany's SCs and end the game? He's not very reliable.
17 Dec 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: lol.
17 Dec 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: Hehehe.
