05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Good game guys. Good game.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: it's not a draw yet... France thinks he can get in, and I'm happy to try... its possible if we keep guessing at it. But yes, an enjoyable game
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Wait a second, I think there was an adjucator error! The support hold to Warsaw should not have been cut!
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: /undraw
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: GameMaster: AngrySeas has withdrawn his vote for a draw.
Voted: TheClark,mrfixij Remaining: AngrySeas,commieman.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: I've posted on the forum about it, I want to get an official ruling on this.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: France never committed to a draw and there is a way to break the Turkish defenses, why do you need a ruling?
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Give us a turn
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: We can force our way in this coming turn and can even explain how...
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Because I don't want to unfairly eliminate Germany from the game.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: How did Germany get unfairly eliminated?
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Take a look at the order history or the large map. I had a support hold ordered from Moscow to Warsaw. The support from Sevastopol to Moscow should have prevented Moscow-Warsaw from being cut.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: I supported with two additional units for a total of three against 2
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Look at the large map. I'm contesting that it should have been 3 against 3 because Moscow - Warsaw should not have been cut.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: in every game i've played on this site getting attacked cuts support
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: hang on.. rules check
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: Moscow was supported from Sevastopol, which should have prevented the support from being cut.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: I suppose I'd misinterpretted the rules. I concede.
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: yes, i agree with you and have had that problem in the past... it makes logical sense that you should be able to hold support through another unit.... hang on, i'd like to find an online rule set. it's it's actually a draw we should keep it that way
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: lol, i can't find one! well, i guess we'll get an answer from teh community!
05 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1908: I have a board game. Quoting the official rules. " Support is cut if the unit giving support is attacked from any province except the one where support was being given. The support is cut whether this attack on the supporting unit succeeds or not." Page 10 of the official rule regarding cutting Support. The attack on Moscow cuts support for Warsaw. I must concede. I thank everyone for a most interesting game. I am sure will meet again on the field of battle. perhaps under better circumtances.
06 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: yes, me too - it's just a boardgame. see you again!
06 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: Well, good game regardless
06 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1909: Agreed to that!
09 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: GameMaster: diegobarcos has taken over England.
09 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1910: I am finishing my moves...
11 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1911: Aww, no move?
12 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1911: I haven't been on today. Sorry about the delay.
