07 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1911: also i would like to convoy an army from sweden to north africa.
is everyone willing to convoy my army?
07 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1911: Nobody's in the English Channel. But I'm happy to drop him in the English Channel for you.
07 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1911: i'm sure france will retreate there.
09 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1912: so can italy be stopped?
i'm obviously betting on yes- but having made some poor moves (like losing marsielles and the slow manouver around england) - i'm not particularily confident, still we have a close contest at present.
09 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1912: I don't regard slow maneuver around England as poor moves. I regard that as a poor choice of strategy. Clearly I will stall and allow Italy to gain Turkish supply centers while you pointlessly fight me while leaving Italy's open supply centers alone.
09 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1912: i offered you a strategy where you could have taken brest spain and portugal.
You choose poorly when you decided it was a good idea to be wiped out by me.
09 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1912: i mean, you didn't trust me, and never managed to earn my trust either...

russia did just that, and he is now in a considerably stronger position.
10 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1912: GameMaster: jnwilson has taken over Turkey.
10 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1912: turkey is betrayed!
10 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1912: no, but you couild have taken over several years ago and things might have gone a little better.
10 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1913: also you could have taken smyrna.
10 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1913: i can't help noticing tyrolia supported bohemia to move to munich, while bohemia supported munich to hold.

now of course munich would have held anyway, with silesia's spport, but still italy's crazy support makes more sense now.
11 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: can we please just declare a draw instead of this game drawing out!
11 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: not if you're going to play badly...
also i will be more likely to consider a three way draw once england is wiped out.
12 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: son of a ....!!!! i can't believe i missed my turn! im sorry everyone
12 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: thats ok. I think we can all understand :)

14 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1915: I was just looking over the map, because of something said in the forums about not seeing an italy who attacked austria early winning(ok 16 is not a win, but it's very close).

and i noticed my fall 1902 moves. I attacked russia, but also told him i as going to, and argued that his best course of action was to take norway. I managed to attack russia, and make england lose a supply centre, it made me smile. (i'm going to post an end of game report at some point.)
14 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1915: So are you two going to draw as promised. This game has been a thorn in my side and I just want it to end.
14 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1915: all you have to do is type "/draw" to do it
15 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1915: you original offer was a draw if things didn't move, well they have moved, around galicia and bohemia, ankara, armenia and syria.

also i was entirely lying to you to get your support into liverpool.
but i am willing to accept your surrender if this game is really that much of a torn in your side.

16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: Im not gonna lie. This game is making me sick. Could you just let me leave with my original SC's so I dont suffer a total loss. You guys outplayed me, but I would think much higher of both of you as honerable players if you let me retain my pride by leaving me alive. You guys played and are playing a fantastic game.
16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: If this game is such a pain for you, you can simply go into CD.
16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: I wont do that. Please don't feel sorry for me. Its just a game.
16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: sick? i dont understand.

also, i don't think either of us intended to eliminate you.
16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: Im just sick of the systematic destruction that im about to go through.
16 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: really? how can you be sick of something that hasnt even happened?

17 Oct 08 UTC i must say, well done to russia, who i got off to a shakey start with/against.

having suffered greatly in the south after austria was destroyed, you managed to hold on in the north, and survive long after turkey, who seemed in a much better position mid-game.
