Naw, I'm just playin whicha
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: this game started out pretty faggy as well.
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: lawl
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: so its gonna be like that again, is it?
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: To whom do you speak, Matt?
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: To mister "Mother Russia" over here
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: Im sure we can all count on the Shaffer family to attempt another dynasty.
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: We're not going to let past experiences sour the current game are we?
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: lololol
02 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1902: When someone doesn't play for themselves, admittedly, yes. Yes we are.
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: early prediction? another England/France victory
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: You're still getting wrong. There is only 1 victor.
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: then there's no point in alliances at all is there? If you know it will always end in betrayal. Not much room for diplomacy in Diplomacy...
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Well, in order for diplomacy to happen, you need to talk to people. ESPECIALLY if you're Russia. And there can be draws, although that goes against some people's moral philosophies...
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: I think I'll just let things continue as they are, if people want a repeat of the last game I'm certainly content to let it go that way. I mean, I'm not playing for myself now am I?
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Conquer or be conquered!
03 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Troy is way more cut throat as Turkey than I was. Should've played like that...
03 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Troy is way more cut throat as Turkey than I was. Should've played like that...
03 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1903: turkey throat.
05 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Too much meta gaming in this one.
05 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: lol
05 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm fulfilling the Shaffer family legacy; Germans from Russia
06 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: good luck with that
06 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: I'm filling the Shaffer family legacy with the ejaculate of the Grace family.
06 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Too far? =P
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Really Chris? You're this mad about the first game?
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Hahahaha! It was a joke!
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Also, everyone beside Rob and I suck at checking this game.
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: no, youre only good because you double cross. you couldnt survive playing this game honestly.
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: 1) I said checking. 2) Lawl. 3) there is NO playing this game honestly.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: The game is about double crossing.
What makes it not fun, or not interesting is taking grudges or play from the other game and acting them out in this one.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: whats a robit?
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Well, I for one hold no grudges. I simply invaded st petersburg because it was open. I'm sure matt is attacking rob because he was invaded first, and Chris obviously thought invading Italy was preferable to attacking across the channel...just sorta worked out like that, and doesn't mean that it will stay like that either. Talking is a major aspect of the game, and I've heard nothing from either Shaffer in this one.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: all the grudges.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Oh so, you've been talking to everyone have you Ryan? Everyone but us by your own admission. Your claims of neutrality are rather transparent.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: I never said I was neutral. I said I wasn't holding a grudge. I attacked you purely because doing so gave me the immediate gain in St. Petersburg, which you left wide open. I'm not mad about last game, I'm mad that you're blaming your losing on a previous game. And all this victim bullshit. I tried to the last to get you to turn on Stu, and it didn't work...and once I was out of the game, I didn't complain that I had been ganged up on. I've heard of games where a guy comes back from having one supply center to win. So, never give up. And remember guys, it's just a game. Wouldn't be playing this with you guys if you weren't all my closest friends.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: *Hugs* XD
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: I like sexy times.
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: whats a game?\
08 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: move it or lose it, stu!
09 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1904: great. turn rolled over without order
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: wow, austria losing three supply centers in one turn, brutal
10 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: this is my last game.
10 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Porque? =(
28 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: SIGH. Didn't make moves. Game is lost.
28 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: You guys wanna call it? Seems like there isn't too much interest left in this one.
28 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: I'm down to play.
28 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: Just sucks that I lost that turn really bad. Hah.
08 Apr 11 UTC Autumn, 1911: Worst ally ever. I wish I could just fold.
08 Apr 11 UTC Autumn, 1911: Worst ally ever. I wish I could just fold.
