Game won by Lowell (0 D X)
17 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1901: GL all. First game of this, so forgive me if I do something idiotic; not intentional. I tried to study up as much as I could ahead of time. Happy to accept any suggestions, alliance offers, or smacktalking. Long live the king!
18 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: This user was banned: Multi. The time until the next phase has been extended from <span class="timeremaining" unixtime="1298040967" unixtimefrom="1297995797">12 hours, 33 minutes</span> to <span class="timeremaining" unixtime="1298082197" unixtimefrom="1297995797">1 days</span> (one full phase) so you can find a new player to take his place if you want to.
Make sure to finalize your orders if you don't want
to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily.
18 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: So, we gonna find a replacement? How does that work?
18 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: im not sure im a noob just like you.
18 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1901: fear not fellow comrades, a new Czar arrives! Warm Welcoming Wishes to all!
23 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Out of curiosity, since I'm new. Is there any strategic reason NOT to build an army/fleet if given the opportunity to do so?

I see the "wait/postpone" option but don't understand why it would be useful.
23 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Not really. I was away for the previous build phase, so the game decided on wait/postpone for me. I can build my forces now, instead of having, for example, a whole lot of armies languishing in Portugal and Spain.
27 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1904: Two minutes!
27 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1904: 1
27 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1904: 30 seconds!
28 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Haha long live the Free Italy government in Smyrna!
28 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Just a short emigration. I had some problems with Twitter and Faebook revolution.
22 Mar 11 UTC gg guys! My first win, yay!
