10 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1901: any good link to the rulebook?
10 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1901: http://www.diplom.org/~diparch/resources/rulebooks/2000AH4th.pdf
12 Aug 08 UTC Spring, 1902: Game Master: Moldy has taken his time deciding what to do.

I agree with Italy to the point that, it does hurt the game when one country continues to do nothing throughout the game, but that hurts that specific country more than anyone else.
14 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1902: GameMaster: zaris has taken over Austria.
15 Aug 08 UTC Spring, 1903: People keep replying to my messages and talking to me about moves after movement phase we talk about is already finished. Maybe we shouldn't all finalize our orders before talking to each other?
30 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1906: GameMaster: Ultimarory has taken over Italy.
30 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1906: wtf? I did not take over Italy?
30 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1906: Now you have. =)
30 Aug 08 UTC Autumn, 1906: There wasn't a great variety of choices. No one else is in cd.
04 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1907: GameMaster: ghoest has taken over England.
06 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: whalen has taken over England.
06 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: Hi! this is my first time setting up php dip, where is the game timer?
06 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: Below your orders it says (currently):
End of phase: 25 hours
That number will count down as we progress toward the end of the phase. It will end early if all players enter their orders.
06 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: Good Luck! ^_^
08 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: Stalemate!
Does anyone want to call a draw. As far as I can see, none of us are going anywhere anytime soon.
08 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: I agree.
08 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1908: I'm not completely convinced that there are no offensive options at all, but I don't see how any SCs fall, and without support centres falling, the offensives are a bit meaningless.
11 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: Would anyone like a draw now?
11 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1909: Yes
11 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1910: I agree to the draw
12 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1910: France? Would you like to join the sea of green kelp as well? ^_^
12 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1910: I'm thinking. Haven't got a lot of time for the game so I'd prefer to sleep it over if thats ok with you.
12 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1910: It's fine with me. Keep in mind though, it's impossible for any of us to get anywhere without stabbing our own ally, which would mean certain and immediate death for both leftover scraps of the alliance. =)
12 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1910: There's not a whole lot of options here. It's multiple choice.
Do you:
choose (A) and lose,
choose (B) and lose,
oooorr...
do you choose (C) and win a partial amount!
Choose wisely. =)
22 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1913: Is that a no?
22 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1913: There's no tie for first place without a draw. I don't see how a draw between two people is better than a draw between four when the alternative is first place.
24 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: Look. I'm dead either way guys. It's no secret. I'm in mercenary mode now. Up for auction. Dibs for first place, if that's how you like to view it.
25 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: Guess I'll just die quietly then. Namaste and Good Luck.
25 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: no one ever wants Finland
25 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: Finland is useful for taking St. Petes from the sea, and only then in certain circumstances.
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: I think it brings out a bit of... purple!.. in this small, cruel world.
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: ...where nobody wants the help of a poor, dying fiend, lost in the seas of war. Take Smyrna. Take it!!! All the more quickly I'll die. =)
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: P.S. Do you want support into Trieste, while I'm at it?
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: I think Germany has got this one in the bag no matter what.
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: Or is it... France? hmm. No way not to lose Norway...
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: That's what I was thinking. They're pretty much tied, don't you think? I believe the only way to settle this is for one of them to swallow their pride of eating me together and just let me help them win. But both refuse to answer, so I suppose I'll just die quietly ( or not so much quietly) and let them get what they deserve. Having to finish each other off after I'm gone won't be quite so easy. Less points for them though, I suppose.
26 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1913: You could always attempt to turtle and force a draw?
26 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1914: wee wee
26 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1914: Hey, I paid for the game, I own the right to publically speculate in global.
26 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1914: poo
27 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1914: Yeah actually if you turtle into your 3 CP and let Germany get the rest, then you don't lose.
28 Sep 08 UTC Spring, 1914: Are you directing this at me? Gee, thanks. 3 supply centers!!!!
28 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1914: maybe four if Germany gets one from France. Still would be more than you came in with.
30 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1914: So... a race to eighteen. Good luck, the both of you. Too bad you refuse to accept my offers of help.
30 Sep 08 UTC Autumn, 1914: Hey, where do you two want me to destroy a unit? Want any support into Bulgaria... or Smyrna... or Greece? =)
02 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1915: No takers? None? ...whatsoever? =(
05 Oct 08 UTC Autumn, 1915: A new discovery: Traces of German repellent have been found in regions of Sevastopol. How delightful! =)
06 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: triangle support hold will maximize your survival chance, maybe somebody will hit 18 before you die.
06 Oct 08 UTC Spring, 1916: Haha. Let's hope! =)
09 Oct 08 UTC ...and it did, becuase I had to stab France for the win.
