14 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Should we pause and get it looked into considering this is a League game, not just some ol' game no one gives a shit about?
14 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: The llama nation screwed the pooch and didn't check that his orders went in. This one is totally on me. :S
14 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: so now we will have baby llama apsos running around? hehehe
14 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Draugnar: lol, after I figured it out.
14 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Russia: in answer to your questions...

You are supposed to have made a grammatical mistake. You are not supposed to give a fuck about it. Hockman does not mean anything. Austria would not be offended if you called him Serry5005.

Sincerely,
Lastoralan
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: ehm western triple.
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: btw I have never seen a supposedly high quality game not end up in England and Germany fucking up Russia in Scandinavia.
I suppose the excuse is always the same "Don't let Russia become a superpower" crap but why do I have the impression that playing any other country is a lot better than playing fucking Russia?
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Hey, Russia *IS* crap..
They say Russia is no "Draw nation", being only "Solo or Elimination".
Heck, I'd say Russia is only an "Elimination nation!", the end!
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: You are probably right.
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: It is SO much better to play Italy. Especially when there is a western triple on the board. That's just aces!
15 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: I'm sick and tired of watching western triples in almost all the games I play.
16 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1902: Statistically, you should be able to avoid a western triple in 3/7 of your games.
16 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1903: Why? He is probably engineering WTs in all his E/F/G games anyhow, just to vent his frustrations!
16 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1903: WT work great when Austria is willing to be their puppet :P
17 Feb 11 UTC Spring, 1903: I love puppetshows, it is just one of those things!
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: half of the players of this board don't even care to respond to msgs.
So I'm asking myself. Is this really league B?
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: No, gjdip decided to put you in league B and the rest of us all agreed to go along with the ruse.
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: Somehow I doubt that a quadruple alliance this early in the game will play out to a 4-way draw. So, which one of you is being used?
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: 2 on 2 after the others are gone...
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: If any of us knew the answer to that question, the game wouldn't be any fun.
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: "Somehow I doubt that a quadruple alliance this early in the game will play out to a 4-way draw. So, which one of you is being used?"
That's easy. Austria.
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: or meebe 3 on 1. i was thinking of another game where FRT is facing a unified AEGI.
19 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1903: hmm
24 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: I dont particulary mind a good WT game.
However, they do of course often fall apart like in this one. Also, they tend to eliminate all actual diplomacy, reducing the game to a tactical game alone. Again - much like in this one!

Now I would assume that the game is about to develop and get a bit more dynamic again...
26 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: France, congratulations on your upcoming solo.
26 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: You've been in enough leagues to know that it doesn't pay to solo in the first game. Everyone else knows that too.
27 Feb 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: I hate being the first player eliminated...
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: Believe me you were lucky. Try playing diplomacy against people who just ignore your messages right from the start. B1 league MY ASS.
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I'm with hellalt. wonderllama won't talk. pastoralan says very little. This is supposed to be Dip[lomacy, not chat with your allies and ignore your enemies.
01 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I doubt they even talk to their allies.
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I would agree that there has indeed been very little comm in this one.
Of course, if you take a too bombastic an attitude, then of course there is a risk will tkae you for a troll, and stay away ! :)
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I hate when I mess up an order.
02 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1906: I started Game2

05 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Turkey has played a solid defense. I am voting Draw at this time, offering him in on a 4 way.
05 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Why thank you. I appreciate it and it only costs each of your one point over the three way draw.
06 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1907: Buying some sympathy so that France and Germany don't kick your sorry ass in game 2?
Would work in League F.
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1908: Actually, the draw-offer is totally genuine.
In these leagues, SC count is also very important. It is not too much of a downside, to take in a substantially smaller power on a Draw.
However, France/Germany has said nothing about it , so they are prolly not interested.
I'll wrap this game up 3ways or 4ways , whatever can be agreed.
07 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1908: My vote for a draw is in.
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: Sorry, I just don't have a reason to end on a 4-way draw, especially when I'm getting whomped on in game 2.
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: So, you admit that you lack motivation to include me int he draw because of what I'm doing to you in game 2? That is actually unacceptable metagaming even in the leagues. You are allow to consider position on any given game, but making decisions in one game as "revenge" for another is a violation of the league rules. :-)
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: Oh wait, it's not me doing it to you in game 2...
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: P.S. I'm fine with it. I actually expect a bit of that. It evidently gets worse the higher upi the ladder you go so much so that Premiere League has some really bad blood in it and several players left the leagues.
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: LOL
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: But don't call me a metagamer when I organize the other 4 of us to crush you three for the remaining three games...
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: Dumbest. Press. Ever!

My comment was all about league position. If I was going to get points from game 2, I'd want to make sure I wasn't floating to the top of the board.

There is no chance that you will organize a 4-player alliance to crush me for 3 games. One of the 4 will take a shot at winning. But have fun trying.
09 Mar 11 UTC Autumn, 1908: My view is if I'm in the draw for three games and no one else is in for more than two...
09 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1909: I didn't fight Perry's getting my last SC. No reason to delay the inevtiable. Congrats to you three on Game 1.
09 Mar 11 UTC Spring, 1909: At least I was the last to fall. :-)
10 Mar 11 UTC Thanks for the game , people!
