This would give a 50 % chances to refrain Egypt to make both of them, so 50 % of chances that the game lasts one more year, delaying Egypt victory. But the fact is, I am expecting anything except you do that...

The good thing is, if I get to keep Sparta and you keep Sinope, Byzantinum and Miletus, Egypt cannot win. And we can very well do that, together. Proposal for a plan: Rome will not attack ANY of Persia's current positions (Sinope, Byzantinum, Miletus). Instead, will help Persia keep them. (Support hold or move to Sinope from Chersonesus, cleaning out AEG egypt's fleet, etc...) To do so, now you should NOT be disbanding units at Byzantinum, Miletus, and then one of Bithynia or Cappadocia (I think it is quite the same, up to you...) If we do so, Egypt is stopped and he can only loose positions. He has only 7 fleet, while WE have 10 (armies are quite stablemated...) OPEN MESSAGE TO EGYPT In case Persia gave a positive answer to that (perhaps not talking but just making the right disbands for making so), then, I think it will be quite the time for you TO AGREE IN A DRAW. Please think over, we may not be in such a good scoring as you are now for a draw later on

Congratulations to the winner, my regards and respect to those who were eliminating when deserving a better fate, and who played till the last movement of his last unit, shame on those who resign and leave the game when things get though for them. A final advice to Bull199: Go play RISK. Really, you will enjoy that much more.
