01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: good job france :)
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: damn... well, happy new year Italy...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: GG italy.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Haha, I totally understand that. Have a good one, man. Treat her nice. ;) And thanks!
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Also, right now I'm totally in love with that Russian army in Smyrna. Heart of a champion right there.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: I know, thats so amazing... the best part is that he missed the second phase of the game, and hes one of the top 2 players...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: Well, he missed another one. And he got off Facebook too, I think, if he's the person I think he is... can't tell with it being anonymous.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: haha, Im telling you, hes France from last game...
and also, I just cant get lucky in these games...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: If he'd-a done moved you'd have lost Kiel too >.>
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: I will never lose Kiel!! JK, Im screwed...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1904: now I see why you have 15 wins France...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: Well, when you've finished over 100 games, you're bound to get lucky sometime...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: haha, yea, well between here, FB, and Olidip(before it went bye bye) Ive completed well over 100, and have maybe 7 wins... ish...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: but I can always say I won my very first Diplomacy game ever...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: I don't think I won a game on FB Diplomacy. I quit there a while ago, once I found this site. It was a good learning experience -- I had enough experience coming to this site not to have to learn everything from scratch, but I still had plenty of room to improve.

RIP olidip, too. Played one Fog of War game there... 'twas fun.
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: Now THAT I cannot claim. Nice work. =]
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1905: I loved Oli... have you tried the new site yet?? its the exact same, only everyone starts fresh... and I still play FB just because I cant bear to quit... thats where I learned... so its like my home...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: I haven't yet, but I intend to. A fresh start would be helpful, I think I have 100% defeats over there. =P

I totally understand not leaving your first site. Personally I felt like it was a training ground of sorts before moving on to this site, since FB Dip was a side-app compared to this being a dedicated website. But it's still a cool place. I might go play there sometime soon.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: and I dont know alot of people who can claim that... but I admit most of it was all luck... my cousin was teaching me when I visited his house for 2 weeks, and he joined the first game I was in to "teach me", he tried to stab me early(he was Russia, I was Austria), so I got Germany Italy(who had killed Turkey fast), and England to help me... then there was only 4 of us left... Ger, Eng, Aus, and Ita... all near even... Italy told me he had to go, so he would go CD... so I told Ger Id stab ita if he stabbed Eng, and Id let him win, and than when it got to 16 16 with Eng still having 2, I stabbed Ger for the win...
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: Ah, nice. My first ever game was actually a variant called Imperial Diplomacy. And *technically* I "won" (on merit of having the most centers when we called it off early), but we called it off early and no one had a majority of centers. So really it was a giant draw.

That's some slick negotiating for a first-timer, though.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: i hate my lag computer. i lose.
01 Jan 11 UTC Autumn, 1905: haha, well, Germany did have like 10 wins, so I was shocked he didnt just take me down for the win... but I was happy... Austria is my favorite country to play because of it...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: NEWSFLASH: Russian Raiders of the Lost Ark arrive in Syria; Ottoman military perplexed at how they've evaded capture for three years now
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: @Russia: Lag sucks, man. Get that fixed. =/
@Germany: Maybe he was trying not to be mean to the first-timer. He deserved the stab if so. Good on ya! ;)
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: But they opened the ark and all died. =\
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: haha, thanks... I dont think he checked my stats, so I dont think he new it was my first... only 2 people knew it was my first, my cousin and Italy...
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: ALL I WANNA DO IS LIVE!!! why you gotta be so mean???
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Oh, wait, I thought your cousin was Germany. Got them mixed up, sorry. Well, whatever happened, nice work getting the win on your first move.

also, good follow up Chandler =)
01 Jan 11 UTC Spring, 1906: Hey, I'm not after your Vienna.
01 Jan 11 UTC please dont be... I just want to get my survive out of this... since I cant follow my usual screw the guy who screwed you scenario, since the guy who screwed me is going to win...
01 Jan 11 UTC Haha. I can't take it without Russian help, and I doubt he's very inclined to help me right now. =P
01 Jan 11 UTC haha, well, you dont need to anyways... just force your way into Denmark... lol... He cant hold you forever...
01 Jan 11 UTC Or take Trieste next year if I must.
01 Jan 11 UTC yes, or do that...
01 Jan 11 UTC I'm lagging like crazy I wish I could do something but I'm nit
