13 Jun 21 UTC Hi! New Austria here.
14 Jun 21 UTC GG everyone. A very very interesting and entertaining game. High class performances and very clever diplomacy from all involved. Anyone keen on a rematch?
14 Jun 21 UTC GG everyone! I am always open for new games.
14 Jun 21 UTC Nice. I'll create a new game soon and post the link here :-)

14 Jun 21 UTC I can't say I understand why England didn't run away with this game. There seems no way to prevent an English solo in this position should they want it
14 Jun 21 UTC Hi all,

I agree with Germany. Alias English behaviour was strange to me since mid game.

It was obvious for me that Germany was going to go for a solo.

Anyway, Italy is happy to have made it till the end !

Next game I promise I will listen to you more Turkey !

GG
15 Jun 21 UTC Germany consistently undersold their position. If they'd built two fleets on that three build turn it would have been game over. I was about to Norway and then St P. I could have taken Belgium and supported Turkey into Venice but I misordered (I blame sleepless nights from a crying toddler) and ended up in Naples for no good reason. If Id played that better, maybe a solo was possible but I was constantly worried about Italy and Austria just losing interest and throwing to Germany
15 Jun 21 UTC Even if I built fleets I wasn't up on fleets in the north though. I built one fleet and even with it I wasn't going to be super able to like retake Norway or something. I couldn't make progress in France, and I was bound to lose Venice if you pushed for it.

For those of you interested in continuing this little saga, let's roll gentleman ;-)
17 Jun 21 UTC I'm in. Have you been the creator of all 7 games so far?
17 Jun 21 UTC Nah. Just the last 2 :-) If you're interested too, hop into 'One Night I overheard 6' that I just created. I've created the last 5 of that series, very competitive but great fun with a good bunch of players
17 Jun 21 UTC I only play on the classic map, the others just look too confusing for my simple monkey brain
17 Jun 21 UTC I meant One Night I overheard 5 :-)
17 Jun 21 UTC Give it a go if you're interested... a very fun map
17 Jun 21 UTC I am in.

First time I do an encore with same players. Curious to see how it will work out.
17 Jun 21 UTC Welcome aboard!
