Game won by Seaman Stains (906 D)
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 1910: Italy, if you feel like supporting Brest to EC, that may help.
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 1910: How about Italy let France take MAO and Italy can take Spain and Portugal?
10 Aug 10 UTC Autumn, 1910: france alive is more help to me... i wont take his sc's
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: so, england, im curious. why did you stab me?
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: And you all thought I was going to juggernaut ahahaha.
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: hey i didnt. right off the bat turkey was an imbecile.
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: 1) blame Turkey he made that support move
2) you moved into Gal
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: it takes two to jugg
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: i thought france and i woulda done well, was feeling sad for austria too, so woulda helped him
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: ehh...haven't played this much, thought it seemed like the right time
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: did you feel sad before or after Trieste?
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: obviously I erred
10 Aug 10 UTC Spring, 1911: I don't even know why Turkey was helping me.. It was like they were suicidal.. I was very disappointed in them. I thought I would have had more of a fight down there.. And I moved into Gal to take you down Austria. It's just what I do when I'm Russia. Just like when I'm Italy I always move into Trieste in the first year. I play aggressively.
10 Aug 10 UTC mmmm after
10 Aug 10 UTC aggressive is one thing, alienating an early alliance is another
10 Aug 10 UTC mmm sorry Eng. Yeah, your stab was pretty poorly considered. We definitely could have broken through and either negotiated a 3 way draw or a 2 way draw. OR you could have waited it out and stabbed me later, after italy was no longer a threat and go for the solo. But stabbing to get 14 or whatever you had just isnt enough to fly to the solo, especially when Italy was so well set up to keep driving forward.
10 Aug 10 UTC It's people like you that make playing Austria a death sentence :P
10 Aug 10 UTC I never align with Austria. Sorry, it's just my own rule of thumb. The only time you align with Austria is when you're France. Which even then is rare.
10 Aug 10 UTC Austria is and always has been a death sentence ahaha.
10 Aug 10 UTC Personally I think that is a terrible rule of thumb. Austria can be very valuable.
10 Aug 10 UTC what do you do when your Austria?
10 Aug 10 UTC I think the early game is the hardest for austria but if he can survive it then the rest of the game usually goes well. So, I just work my ass off with talking to Russia and Turkey.
10 Aug 10 UTC yeah, i usually go with austria when i am italy, just tried a diff tactic.... it seemed to work this time
10 Aug 10 UTC and i usually feed Italy a line that i actually believe: that if It and Aus fight earlyon then it is a death sentence for them both
10 Aug 10 UTC I usually try to align with France.. However, I am shocked that France, England and Germany didn't align. They are basically unstoppable when they align together.
10 Aug 10 UTC gg italy. you got lucky ;)
10 Aug 10 UTC good game
10 Aug 10 UTC nice survive russia
10 Aug 10 UTC thanks for the game
sorry ENG...forgot about the 19 centers rule...
10 Aug 10 UTC i have NEVER seen the Fra/Eng/Ger alliance work out well.
10 Aug 10 UTC but no points for you :P
10 Aug 10 UTC Good job Italy!
10 Aug 10 UTC yes, good job ITA
10 Aug 10 UTC @france
behold: gameID=35488
10 Aug 10 UTC Look at one of my past games.. The alliance worked out great!
10 Aug 10 UTC cheers, see you all again soon
10 Aug 10 UTC wow.
10 Aug 10 UTC Yeah, I was kinda of expecting that to happen in this game. Because the north is all settled and worked out and then they just sweep southward and the south is stuck fighting each other and the northern alliance.
10 Aug 10 UTC well i agree in theory that the EFG alliance should be done more but its just my observation that i dont see it as much as i would think i would
10 Aug 10 UTC we probably should have done that... i just didnt trust ger an inch. and maybe tahts my failing. i think it takes more trust than i have to work an efg.
10 Aug 10 UTC The problem simply is most times two of the tree decide to pick off the other early
10 Aug 10 UTC *three
10 Aug 10 UTC yeah... its very hard to keep those borders at an equilibrium.
10 Aug 10 UTC Well, it's hard to trust either of them. But if you discuss it well enough in private chat and convince Italy that you are after Germany, then Italy would have moved out of your way. If the chat in this game wasn't so messed up, you probably could have pulled it off.
10 Aug 10 UTC maybe. well i gotta go. Sleepytime!
10 Aug 10 UTC gg everyone!
10 Aug 10 UTC I agree with you there Austria. We were actually going to do that, but we weren't aggressive towards each other in the beginning. Then we decided that aligning together would be the best bet, and that's what happened :-)
10 Aug 10 UTC Same here.. Good game guys! And girl ;-)
10 Aug 10 UTC so sacred, before we go i advise you should try a pro-Austrian alliance next time your a neighbor.
10 Aug 10 UTC I'm trying to raise awareness for this growing epidemic called gang up on Hungary :)
