08 Oct 20 UTC Spring, 3: I've been quite gloriously stabbed by Persia. Rome I welcome you into my centres while we go out n glorious battle against this perfidious foe
12 Oct 20 UTC Autumn, 4: can we not go for a three way split?
12 Oct 20 UTC Autumn, 4: We totally could. I have no interest westwards beyond Cherson and Byzantium. As long as you respect that we can have peace and talk to Carthage about a three-way split.
13 Oct 20 UTC Autumn, 4: That sounds reasonable to me
18 Oct 20 UTC Who is not drawin
18 Oct 20 UTC We're waiting for Greece to pop their clogs
18 Oct 20 UTC Well that's a touch rude
18 Oct 20 UTC Sorry, Greece old bean
18 Oct 20 UTC You fought well, no shame in dying now.
19 Oct 20 UTC I'm going to be trying for a solo. I think you two working together will probably be able to stop me but I also feel that I have a legitimate chance at snatching the solo.

I'm telling you this because I had previously agreed to draw and I don't think I'll be able to realistically fake a reason as to why I'm not voting for it now. I was also allied to Carthage from the start and I think they deserve honesty if nothing else.

If I fail and we are locked into a stalemate of sorts after one or two years, I'd be happy to draw three-way.

Finally, if either of you have a sound argument as to why I shouldn't try for the solo, now is the time. I'll listen and consider it.
19 Oct 20 UTC Yeesh stabs all round from this guy
19 Oct 20 UTC Thanks for telling us. I'm sure we can work together, right Rome?
19 Oct 20 UTC Hey,in my defence, at least this stab is from the front and not the back.
20 Oct 20 UTC Hey Carthage, I have 3 armies on Persia's side and 7 next to yours. I would like to stop his solo run of course, but not much I can do at the moment. Hoping to coordinate some sea campaign together
20 Oct 20 UTC I'm voting a draw after all, my hope of a solo isn't as strong as it was when I made that declaration. Even if I could get it I'm not sure if it's worth fighting for.
20 Oct 20 UTC phew

thank you
20 Oct 20 UTC I think if you attacked Memphis/Alexandria instead of retreating with Thebes then you would have gotten it
21 Oct 20 UTC I thought of that but I was very unsure as to whether I should push for the solo hard or just draw, as evident by the chat here.
21 Oct 20 UTC But yeah that would've given me a much better chance.
21 Oct 20 UTC Good game everyone - I have to say, when I saw Rome's retreats into GoT and Libyan Sea my heart skipped a beat - I won't let that happen again!
21 Oct 20 UTC That was a deciding factor in me giving up trying for the solo as well. I guess we both forgot they could do that haha.
21 Oct 20 UTC hahaha
21 Oct 20 UTC but why would that make you decide against going for a solo? wouldnt me potentially stabbing Carthage help you?
21 Oct 20 UTC You would've used those fleets against me I presume.
21 Oct 20 UTC I doubt you would've stabbed Carthage of all things after I basically declared I was going to push for a solo.
