05 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 1901: france is out, no way.
09 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 1902: Huh...THOSE were not the moves I thought I entered. Oh, well...
15 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 1904: Boy, we cannot keep a Germany to save our lives!
30 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 1909: To my distinguished counterparts:

It is becoming increasingly evident that this game is moving towards a stalemate. And, while part of me wants to keep grinding it out, the more rational side of me sees little point.

In a winner-takes-all game, as I understand it, when players draw the points are divided equally among them. That means that the few territories that may switch hands in the coming years (PAR, KIE, and perhaps BRE, BEL, and HOL) would mean nothing. Eventually, a stalemate would be reached and each of us would take an equal share.

In light of this, I recommend that (1) PAR and KIE be taken this coming year by myself and Turkey, and (2) that once Germany is thus eliminated, the three of us who remain vote to draw the game.

What say you?
01 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 1909: I'm fine with a 3 way draw
04 Jul 10 UTC Autumn, 1910: Take Paris so we can draw. I can't do it myself.
08 Jul 10 UTC Spring, 1912: I am no fool; I understand that I cannot win a war when my enemy doubles my side...

Of course you realize that if you don't take the draw soon, I will take the option away and one of you WILL get stabbed by the other.
10 Jul 10 UTC we are ready to draw
