08 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2001: [Brazil]:sorry ther are 17 players here why would you not save your moves instantly
08 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2001: [Libya]:On the diplomacy stage, it's legit to wait it out. You may have to wait to hear back. For example, the Near East isn't returning any of my calls, so I may want to hear from him before I ready up.
08 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2001: [Brazil]:i know what you are saying but if he has readyed up then you should, sorry i come across as impatient its just i've always been dicked in live games and longer games
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Brazil]:i have a feeling china isnt coming back
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Libya]:Hard to say. Depends on Oz, I think.
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [India]:cursed oz
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Libya]:Saudi Arabia will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine.
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:Did you forget that I get to build... and so does Kenya...
09 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Libya]:I remain, as of yet, unconcerned. After you've stabbed 3 countries this game, I'd be surprised if anyone thought you were trustworthy enough to deal with.
11 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Pacific-Russia]:Why in the world is it called Oz? Is oz a slang word for Australia, or is it just filled with munchkins and flying monkeys?
11 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Brazil]:i think its becuase of the aborigines
11 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Oz]:I'm also a wizard.
12 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Brazil]:these are 22 hour phases and 18 people, can we please ready up our RETREATS!!!!!!!!!!
12 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Argentina]:Yeah guys save is not the same as ready - Please click ready
12 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2002: [Libya]:Especially when you only have one option for retreats. ;)
14 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Libya]:Once again, why would you not ready immediately if your orders HAVE to be destroy the units. *eyeroll*
14 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Argentina]:Near East PLEASE click on ready and not save so this game can progress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
14 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Brazil]:come on man, really?
15 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2002: [Argentina]:So I really don't get it - what is the point of hitting save? Your not sure of the moves you put in - you want to teach people patience Near-East? 22 Hours isn't long enough to think about how your going to move a couple of armies?
19 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2003: [Europe]:sorry to hold you up guys had a crazy day
19 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2004: [USA]:well does one of you guys have a regular work? or are you just school kids with too much time? i need the 22h otherwise i migth miss a turn which already happend once, so just shut up alltogether i can't hear it anymore
21 Apr 10 UTC Autumn, 2004: [Kenya]:USA dont worry about it, people signed up for a 22 hr turn cycle they should expect it to be 22 hrs, maybe get lucky and get to go sooner.
23 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2005: [Brazil]:my only pet peeve is when everyone has put moves in but like 2 or 3 people do not ready up
28 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Libya]:Gah! I wish Brazil would hurry up and do his moves! It's been like 4 hours already! ;)
28 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Libya]:9 HOURS! Brazil, man, this is exactly what you hate!
28 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Pacific-Russia]:You know he could be asleep. Lots of people on this website are in different time zones.
28 Apr 10 UTC Spring, 2006: [Libya]:Of course, I just think it's amusing that we're all waiting on the guy who is constantly urging others to take their turns faster ;)
20 May 10 UTC Autumn, 2011: [Oz]:So much of the game has dropped out I think I'm gonna vote to draw it.
20 May 10 UTC Spring, 2012: [Argentina]:Bigger map but same amount of players as other games - Maybe a boring for a bit as we take over the free SC's but it will get fun after that. Someone might jump in still as well.
04 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2017: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Sorry I just got your message - I didn't see it the first time. Oz was the next on the list but - what did you have in mind?
04 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [Oz]:I jumped in
05 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [Argentina]:So Oz are you one of those that save every move instead of clicking ready? Moves I can see sometimes if your waiting for replies from someone but for builds and retreats????
05 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2017: [Oz]:I'll click ready unless I'm waiting for a reply... which I am :)
14 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2021: [Oz]:who's going to perpetrate the next stab?
15 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2021: [Argentina]:I think it's your turn again.
15 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2021: [Oz]:nay, waiting on Russia
15 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2021: [Oz]:man, I really want to see at least one good stab before I'm eliminated, I'll have spent my points poorly if this game ends in a 3-way draw
21 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2023: [Oz]:this game is going to take forever, given that you guys keep missing turns; can we draw out and end the agony?
21 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2023: [Europe]:You've only been playing this game for a week maybe and in a couple of years will be defeated we've all been playing this game for what feels like months. Your more than welcome to quit if you would like.
21 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2023: [Oz]:I shall never quit! If I go down, it will be in a blaze of glory
23 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2024: [Europe]:blaze of glory it is then.
24 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Frozen-Antarctica]:"If I go Down" That's funny are you really that optimistic? "It's me against the World Mama" LOL! I guess defeated does look better than left... I would say good luck but you don't have a chance.
24 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Oz]:If I had done a better job of checking in regularly, I feel I coul dhave used some missed turns to win this 4v1 slaughter. As it is, though, I've had my hat handed to me. At least nobody can say I didn't go down without a fight, diplomatic and military!
24 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Oz]:of all the glorious blazes I've seen, I doubt this will stand among them :)
25 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Frozen-Antarctica]:yeah you probably could have done a little better by taking advantage of missed turns - not sure what that says but anyway - no way you could have known that the guy before you stabbed everyone just before you took over so the plan was to take out Oz after like 2 months of war with very strong ties less one anyway - game well played for what you had to work with.
25 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Argentina]:I agree - You did a fine job with what you had. No way to now what you were getting into. From the outside I'm sure it looked very nice.
25 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2025: [Oz]:was looking to get a little more experience as Oz, and I figure it's a shame whenever games change due to drop-outs
29 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2028: [Argentina]:Good Game Oz Way to Hold on till the last.
30 Jun 10 UTC Spring, 2028: [Frozen-Antarctica]:Good Game Oz - Beautiful Blaze!
30 Jun 10 UTC Autumn, 2028: [Oz]:gg
