14 Apr 19 UTC	Spring, 1: I do not know how throughly you've read the rules, but just to be certain. There is 4 types of phases. Movement phase is divided on 2 different ones, Spring, and Fall, of which 1. Spring phase, is a pure moving phase with all "new" units. 2. Fall phase determines all the supplycenters you've conquered. Basically, all SC areas you control at fall phase, changes owners to you. 3. Retreat phase, in the event someone have to retreat, theyll do it here. 4. Build phase ("winter"), you get to control an amount of units of the SCs you control. New ones are produced at your home areas.
