17 Mar 19 UTC	Autumn, 6: Gentlemen, what do you think about capping our army sizes at ten units? I refrain from building the unit I was not able to do so last builds, Rome does the same with the build he gets from Cirta and Persia builds one last unit from Petra. That way, no one need to get nervous from the other profiting from the last remaining SCs and anyone who violates the moratorium will need to face the consequences of being viewed as someone who attempts to solo.
