29 Nov 18 UTC Spring, 1901: helloagain!
30 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Ruh roh:P
30 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Did you anticipate I was gonna open that way or lucky guess?
30 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: For my openings, I have a dice and I just throw it.
30 Nov 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Ah, gotcha
03 Dec 18 UTC Autumn, 1902: Thought u might do that, oh well lol
03 Dec 18 UTC Autumn, 1903: yeah this is just gonna run out the clock lol, probably i at least make you wait until 1905 tho :P
03 Dec 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: maybe gg this turn, maybe gg in 1905. We shall see...
03 Dec 18 UTC Autumn, 1904: I think that you thought you had lost after the openings and due to this you made some risky moves... But it was not lost.
03 Dec 18 UTC Spring, 1905: well you're a better player than I am, so a disadvantaged position kind of IS lost. I think one of the times you beat me in GvI you noted that Italy needs to take some risks because otherwise Germany just wins given generic advantages. Here it was like that but you also had a build edge and I figured you'd play a higher quality game than I would, so I needed to flip some coins and hope for the best. Didn't work out, but if I go down 18 to 16 it's not the worst ever outcome from running into Anti-Alpine against Swiss Split
(also I'd recently won such an outcome as France, http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=232325#gamePanel, so at least I can say that *sometimes* I can pull it out :P )
03 Dec 18 UTC Spring, 1905: Yes. You are right ! In such a situation, France must take risks ! And that's what you did...
03 Dec 18 UTC Just not the right ones :P
03 Dec 18 UTC andnow comes the coin flip to determine whether I live or die...
03 Dec 18 UTC ? Even if I lose Tun, I reach 18...
03 Dec 18 UTC Oh fuck. I had not seen Rome !!!
03 Dec 18 UTC You may well win this game.
03 Dec 18 UTC I have played like a noob :-)
03 Dec 18 UTC Clearly I’ve intimidated you with my ridiculous die rolls :P
03 Dec 18 UTC Oh well gg
03 Dec 18 UTC Can’t say I didn’t try and make it fun :P
03 Dec 18 UTC One more year and I lock down 17 with stp to inevitably fall. Alas
03 Dec 18 UTC I was lucky at the end ! I was so sure of me that I missed the obvious !
03 Dec 18 UTC gg
03 Dec 18 UTC Ty u2 maybe next time I’ll finally beat you :P
03 Dec 18 UTC I finally beat Xorxes. So there is not more taboo !
03 Dec 18 UTC lol I’ve beaten him a couple times (and lost a bunch more obvs :P )
03 Dec 18 UTC In FvA ?
03 Dec 18 UTC Once or twice as austria and I have one or two German wins
That’s it tho :P
03 Dec 18 UTC Then no complex. You should get my scalp soon !
03 Dec 18 UTC But now that I am warned... That will be even harder ;-)
03 Dec 18 UTC Lol
I think I’m like 0-6 vs you now
Bizarrely the closest ive come (I think) is when I lost the spring 1901 coin toss
Weird world :P
(Looks like it was just one win against xorxes in each of FvA and gvi alas)
03 Dec 18 UTC If you want to train, you can try RoganRosh. I think he is the best player currently around the table.
03 Dec 18 UTC Yeah I've eaten a loss or two off of him too :P
(including one where as Austria I opened Porcupine and lost to Belgian Waffle)
